Our room was spotlessly clean. Small but adequate. Watching the castle from the balcony in the morning was delightful. If you're traveling by car, having parking is a plus. It's a short walk to restaurants.

The location is definitely what shines here. We had a room (room 2) with a balcony, that had a perfect view up to the castle. The beds and pillows were nice and it had air-conditioning and a tiny corner kitchen with commodities. But you could often smell sewage in the room whenever water had been used (the water was clear, but some plumbing definitely needs to be checked in the kitchen/kitchen sink), every door was binding, one of the lamps above the bed fell out of the socket (my girlfriend barely touched it and the lampshade, made of thick glass, fell out) and it took ages for the water to get hot in the bath (the water didn't get hot in the morning), which didn't even have a shower-head bracket. The owners are nice and sweet and you get a discount when you eat at their family restaurant in Molyvos (Molyvos Stars restaurant), but the room was only cleaned 2 out of the 7 days we were there. If you can get a nice price and only staying for a couple of days, then it's okay and again, the view and location really saves the place.

We stayed at this hotel on August 26th. It has a convenient location and parking facilities, but our room wasn't clean and we had to endure a sewage smell for two days. The view of the castle was beautiful, but the smell affected our entire stay.

They created profiles with Turkish names and wrote high ratings, but I was there in August 2025 and let me tell you the true face of the hotel. We booked this guesthouse based on the reviews, but there were no staff, the cleanliness was nonexistent, it was neglected and not like the pictures, the beds were hard (I wonder how they found and bought such bad beds!), they handed us our room dirty, there was no hot water, the TV remote was broken and didn't work, we called the owner, and she said, "If you don't like it, leave!" A person would at least say, "Let me send a repairman or a cleaner," but no, she was relaxed because we paid in advance, she didn't care at all, we left the guesthouse and she didn't even refund our money, that disgusting woman. Everywhere was full in August, we were humiliated because of this cursed place.

I wonder how they gave this place a 5-star rating? I guess they're fake profiles or have never been to a hotel in their lives :) The building is poorly maintained, the rooms aren't clean enough. There's no staff. They just text you before arriving to tell you where the keys are. If you don't have internet, you're screwed! The beds are terrible, the furniture is old and poorly maintained. There was no hot water, we couldn't shower, and that was a terrible situation! We didn't like it at all.

For those looking to stay in Molyvos, this is the perfect place for those looking to stay, both in terms of price, cleanliness, and location. Our room was incredibly clean and greeted us, and the hotel's location is right at the entrance to Molyvos, so you can easily walk to the center in five minutes. For those arriving by car, parking is also available inside the hotel. Each room also has its own balcony, which is a delightful experience. If I were to return, I would definitely choose this place. The price is also very reasonable for a place of this cleanliness and comfort. The rooms have air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The towels and sheets were also very clean. There's no breakfast on site, but it's not necessary anyway, as there's a restaurant just a 5-10-minute walk away. Because it's at the entrance to Molyvos, you'll find the room quiet when you arrive at night, and you won't have any trouble sleeping.

When choosing accommodation, we wanted a place with parking that wasn't crowded. This apartment is within walking distance of the bustling center, on a flat road, and has parking right next to it. It's also very close to Molyvos beach, within walking distance. If you stay somewhere higher up near the castle, you'll have to climb a hill and solve the parking problem. The rooms are old but clean. It's not a very well-maintained apartment, but the location and parking are a big advantage. The rooms have a small kitchenette, stove, and filter coffee machine. The towels and sheets are clean.

Very nice location, very in expensive. I had the pleasure of staying for 3 weeks as part of a field school and its location and relation to molyvos was very convenient. There are several markets within walking distance, a cafe that sells all types of food and even a dry cleaner at the top of the street. The beach is only 5 minutes away which made for excellent use of ciesta time. It is nice and quiet and has alot of hot water which is great for showers. A convenient kitchen as well as many other items. I think my greatest take away will be waking up and seeing the castle in the middle of the night.
