Great view. Nice locations. Clean place. However pizza was undercooked, pasta was overcooked. Not recommended for food. Little Edit: Just to remind the owner that I was there as a customer, not as business consultant. I should not be teaching you how to cook and run the business and yet still pay a bill. Please check your food properly before you serve.

Owner Response

Good evening.
Wow, “That’s quite a chef's thorough analysis of our cooking methods"..
Regarding the pasta: we cook our spaghetti al dente always as is the Italian tradition. Some of our dishes require the pasta to be finished together with the sauce in the pan, which means the texture can vary slightly depending on the recipe and depends on the plate.
As for the pizza, we are a bit unsure what you mean by “undercooked.” Our chef would not remove a pizza from the oven if it were not normally baked and from your Photo the pizza doesn't seem at all underbaked ( Being a pizza chef myself)! We do not have wood oven but stone oven and this is the normal baking limit. Now if somebody wants
his/hers pizza "well done" cooked he can always ask for it before and the pizza chef will bake it more. Nevertheless we are wondering,
why leave a negative harsh review rather than just ask at the time for a pizza cooked a little more which is a normal Human thing to ask? Perhaps writing a review felt more "satisfying" rather than just asking for it.
Enjoy your holidays!
Nikos

We went for a pizza at Meltemi Ristorante Pizzeria. We ordered a green salad and two pizzas — one pepperoni and one Greek. The service was efficient, the surroundings were pleasant, and the toilets were clean. However, we were very disappointed with the pizzas. The toppings were bland and tasteless, and most surprisingly, the dough was dry, impossible to cut, and tasted like cardboard. It was honestly the worst pizza we’ve ever had. The chef should consider taking a trip to Naples to learn how to make a proper pizza. We raised our concerns when paying the bill, but unfortunately, the chef’s son responded aggressively. The purpose of making pizza should be to satisfy your customers — not just yourself. If you fail to do that, success is unlikely. Because of this experience, we probably won’t return. If you're looking for a good pizza, it may be best to look elsewhere.

Good evening.Everybody can have an opinion in a nice way and everybody can have different preferences. But Costumers that are rude and insult our staff and family is something unacceptable and it's something that you did during the procedure of payment with a very ironic way although you had as it seemed no education in pizza. You speak about naples and that our father has to go to naples to learn pizza. We all finished from academia pizzaioli Italian pizza school and there is a huge diploma that you can see.(But Its the same thing you did here that shows your insulting behaviour and mentality). In naples the category of pizza is napolitana in wooden oven or gas oven. Our pizza is classic Italian with thin dough and its a different category of pizza as there are many different styles.Something we were trying to explain you. But by insulting people who work 15 hours every day to please you is something really bad and we cant allow this kind of behaviour towards them.We do not wish to have costumers that have no respect for our restaurant and family and its better they choose another restaurant or an alternative choice and stay away from our family business. You can always find a better place and a better pizza at your preferences but in our restaurant kindness and respect is something that unites our family since 1967 and we do not negotiate this human characteristic.
Nikos

If you want to try something different from Greek cuisine, this is the best address for you with its magnificent sea view, delicious food and great service. It might be a good idea to make a reservation in advance, especially in the evening when the sun is setting.

We contacted them via Instagram a few days ago to make a reservation, so we had the best table. We tried mushroom pizza and seafood spaghetti. We loved both. It's not exactly Neapolitan pizza, but I'm sure you'll love it. Greek coffees are a bit ordinary compared to Turkish coffees 😎 If we come to Molyvos again, we'll definitely come back. Thank you for everything.

Visited twice in our holiday! Great food, great service and lovely staff! Would recommend visiting if you’re in Mithymna (Molivos). Pizzas delicious and I had the sea food spaghetti on both my visits as I enjoyed it so much!

Absolutely lovely garlicy tyziki, not enough bread for 2. Beautiful prawns, de-shelled. Flavoured and cooked well. Salmon pasta was a bit underwhelming. needed more sauce & seasoning

The food, service and ambiance is excellent. From the soups and main dishes to the dessert, everything is freshly made and you can really taste the diffrence. Located on a balcony with a great view on the street below and the sea. Together with the overall pleasant atmosphere makes for a very comfortable dining experience. You can't go wrong with this restaurant. Amazing!

Location is great -fabulous views. Great Italian food and pizzas. Friendly efficient service. And cute cats. Menu showing pizza and pasta dishes at end of my photos. Although they do also do grills, salads and lots of other dishes. We had 3 pizzas (small size with a salad was enough for me and daughter), and hubby had large Pepperoni. Good vegetarian one - really tasty and dough great in thickness/texture. Another daughter had the mixed seafood pasta which she loved. Loved the vibe in this place - so relaxed.
