Niki Studios & Meropi Apartments

I have stayed in the Meropi Apartments twice a year for a few years now and cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The quality of the apartments and service is excellent and the family are so thoughtful, generous and kind. They welcome me with such warmth every year and I feel like they are more like family to me now. Thankyou for making my time in Eresos so special xx

My partner and I have stayed at the Niki Studios twice and we love it there. The studios are just a street away from the sea front, so you have the convenience of a close proximity to the sea and restaurants, whilst being just far enough away, to be distanced from any noise of chatter and the occasional live singer. The apartments are well equipped. Everything always works. The hot water always runs hot, the shower has great strength and the soap, toilet rolls etc are always replenished when you need them. There is plenty of clothes storage space too, which I love, no cramped up clothes. The beds are comfortable, firm, but not hard, the crisp cotton sheets are just what the heat requires. The roof terrace is beautiful, we love sitting up there when we aren't on a Our little balcony, looking out at the street. The fridge works well, and we love the little freezer box at the top of it, where we freeze our water bottles before going out of walks. These studios offer us just everything we need The best thing about Niki Studios, however, is the welcome and feeling of belonging which we experience. Katarina is such a wonderful woman, always so positive and helpful and we always see her throughout our stay. So we know that should anything crop up, then she's around to solve it The rooms are cleaned every three days, which.is perfect for us. We can lie in, knowing we wont be disturbed and a full change of bedding and other linen every three days is absolutely ample. The hallways and foyer are always clean too. We love it here.

Lovely exceptionally clean rooms located ideally for the centre of Skala Eresos accessing beaches and tavernas. Katerina and staff very welcoming.

I loved staying at Niki’s. The apartment was clean and bright, with a lovely view, two minutes walk from the centre of town and yet very quiet. Meropi Apartments were also fabulous, surrounded by gardens and with access to the pool. Of course, the best thing about both places was the hosts, Katarina and Niki. Both were friendly, welcoming and made the stay feel like home.

Wonderful place to stay in Skala. Lovely clean and bright studios with balcony and kitchenette, only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Delightful, family run business. Thankyou Katerina and Niki - we’ll be back!

I absolutely love Meropi Apartments. It’s a wonderful, warm, and welcoming family-run business that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Niki and Katerina go above and beyond to look after their guests, making sure every detail is perfect. Their kindness, hospitality, and genuine care create such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The location is ideal, the apartments are spotless and comfortable, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. A real gem!

This was a really wonderful experience for our 21st year in Eresos. Katerina and her mother Niki are gracious and charming hosts. The rooms are spotless and larger than many others. The laundry is changed every few days which is a real luxury after years in rented houses. It’s a really short walk to the restaurants and the beach but being two blocks back is calm and quiet. Thank you Katerina and Niki.

We had a fabulous holiday in one of the beautiful Meropi apartments. They are are perfectly situated 1 min from the beach and restaurants but very quiet. Katerina and her mum Nikki were exceptionally lovely hosts and we really enjoyed getting to know them. They went above and beyond to make our holiday special. Highly recommended.

These are lovely rooms, larger than many on the island, very clean and well maintained. There is also a front and rear balcony for most rooms. The Studios have a lovely large roof terrace and an indoor seating area for guests to use. We have stayed many times and the rooms are always well presented, towels and bedlinen changed and the room cleaned regularly. The advantage of Niki Studios is that they are just behind the main street and square, so are quieter but still just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
