I don't know if it's a phenomenon only on the island or elsewhere, but some brokers are bored with doing their job. You have to constantly call them, beg them, and generally make them work as if they were doing you a favor. She wasn't even a difficult chick. Gentlemen, if you don't want to do your job, tell us. There are others.

The day I assigned my property for sale to this office, they told me that they would sell it to me within a month. They are kidding me... I thought. Within a week, they contacted me and asked me what the appropriate day and time for a down payment was. But my greatest joy was when they announced that they had sold it at my desired price. Fully trained and with the assistance of the services (MUNICIPALITY, TAX ADMINISTRATION, CATALOGUE) for the collection of documents, they delivered them to the notary and notified me of the signing of the contract. I highly recommend Diamantidis Real Estate to owners who want to sell their property safely and confidently. The people are professionals with consistency and honesty.
