Everything was wonderful. They were very attentive and did their best to help with even the smallest problem. The complimentary ouzo on the way back to Türkiye was also a nice gesture. This is my only rental company when I go back to Lesvos; there's no need to look for another one.

We definitely recommend Karimalis Car Rental. We were very satisfied with the service. The car was new, clean, and in excellent condition. At one point, Google Maps led us to a mountainous road and the car got stuck in mud. They stayed calm, reassured us, came quickly with a friend, and helped us get out without any stress. We didn’t experience a single negative moment. Most importantly, their friendly and positive attitude made us feel very comfortable and happy.

Excellent professionals, excellent service, as well as cars. Mr. George always with a smile and whatever is needed immediately to serve. Those who work with him will notice it. Every time we visited Mytilene we rented a vehicle from this particular company.

Great experience with Karimalis car rental! During the high season, it was nearly impossible to find the car especially with normal price. When I was calling different agencies only here I had a very nice response. We discussed how it is possible to rent a car for long period and I was totally satisfied as I was given an amazing new automatic car for average price of the market in Greece. Thank you for great experience on big island of Lesvos. It was only possible driving as the island is large!
