My experience with Mr. Leonis was excellent from start to finish. From our first meeting, he showed great interest in my needs and preferences, and guided me with care, showing that he has extensive experience in the real estate market on the island. We flew from Thessaloniki to find a house in Mytilene with a 4-day period on the island. The contact was made before we arrived on the island. He never picked up the phone again, neither landline nor mobile. We left the island without having seen the properties on his website. Fortunately, there are other real estate agents and professionals in Mytilene!

We hope that you understand that in such cases health takes precedence over any other matter and his absence is due to force majeure, and not indifference, although as you correctly mentioned there is no commitment and you were served by colleagues.<br>Unfortunately, you did not accept to arrange a new appointment once the broker had returned to the island, so that we could show you the properties and serve you. He had us waiting for a month, he didn't answer the phones, we lost our house, he dropped us off in the village of Mytilene because he had arranged an appointment with the person who owned the house, and in the end, no one was at our appointment, so we got off for no reason.... He arranged another appointment for us, he told us he would pick us up after a day, 7 days have passed and still nothing....

He had us waiting for a month.. I called him, he said he would pick me up, he didn't pick up. NEVER! He was just making fun of us.. He's not up for this job.. Don't get involved!!!
