Exception experience! Centrally located for fun at the beaches or driving around to see the island. The hosts are very accommodating and attentive. The property is outstanding with all the things you need and fantastic views of the castle, town, and harbor.

Great house, great location and most importantly great host Melinda and her family! We will definitely stay at the same place if it is available next time.

We stayed with our family in this beautiful Airbnb in Molyvos and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, well-equipped, and offered a stunning view. Our host was very kind and helpful. We could park our car right in front of the house and easily enjoyed the Molyvos beaches and market. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the house had three double beds, which was perfect for our family

Amazing experience staying in Melinda and Theo’s house, feel like home. So clean and cozy, excellent location. Stunning view that everyone should see. If I have a chance again and come and see Molivos, I will always prefer this magnifique place ☺️ thank you ♥️

Our second visit to Grand View Villa Kimon was as enjoyable as on previous holidays. The villa, perfectly situated between the village centre and the beautiful harbour is tastefully furnished and has all the comforts of home. We were warmly welcomed by hosts Melinda and Theo both of whom are delightful hardworking people. We look forward to a return visit.

I don’t agree what Burak Kayalar said in his review. They were wonderful warm people. Theo and Kimon and the daughter came from Australia to help (sorry, I couldn’t catch her name) were all amazing. The streets are narrow everywhere in the island. This is an island! We went two cars, one was a big truck and did not have any parking problems at all. I would recommend this property everyone. Yes, there are hills but short hills and the views were beautiful. Thank you The Grand View Kimon for everything!

The owner, Melinda, is a complete hypocrite and malicious person. Unfortunately, she lacks the warmth and hospitality of the islanders. The house is beautifully designed, but access by car is very difficult due to the narrow streets and the road closed to traffic. Parking is also an issue, as there's only one parking space for two houses. The house is poorly clean and hygienic. The bathrooms, toilets, and linens are not clean enough. On the second day of our reservation, she told us she'd made a mistake and demanded an extra 200 euros. Although we weren't obligated to do so, we gave her the remaining 100 euros of our holiday budget to avoid putting her in a difficult situation. However, while she thanked us in messages, she made nasty comments on Airbnb about leaving the house filthy. We even collected our sheets and washed the dishes when we left. She's a disgrace.
