Alyfada köyünün sakin kırsalına sıkışmış olan Davlouros Periklis'e ait Mikrobiyoloji Laboratuvarı, Midilli'nin orta kesimlerindeki yerel topluluklara hizmet veren özel bir tanı laboratuvarıdır. Adada uzun süre konaklayan ziyaretçiler ve gezginler için güvenilir tıbbi test hizmetlerine erişim önemli bir pratik gereksinim olabilir; bu tesis, Midilli şehrinin ana merkezinden uzakta da bu güvenceyi sunmaktadır. Laboratuvar, kan tahlilleri ve diğer rutin analizler dahil özel bir mikrobiyoloji pratiğine özgü klinik tanı hizmetleri sunmaktadır.
Burası alışılmış bir turistik mekan olmasa da Lesvos'un bu kırsal kesiminde profesyonel bir tıp laboratuvarının varlığı, uzun yıllardır başkentten bağımsız kendi altyapısını korumuş ada topluluklarının öz yeterliliğini gözler önüne serer. Adanın sakin iç bölgelerinde veya kuzey kesimlerindeki köy ve tatil beldelerinde konaklayan ziyaretçiler, Midilli'ye uzun bir yolculuk yapmadan profesyonel sağlık hizmetlerine ulaşabildiklerini bilmek isteyecektir. If you’re looking for fast and reliable results, I highly recommend this microbiologist. The doctor and staff are extremely skilled, professional, and make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even blood sampling is done so gently—you barely feel a thing! Truly “light-handed,” as we say in Greek. Excellent experience overall!

The new address is very practical, and comfortable. What makes the huge difference, however, is the doctor and his staff. You feel comfortable, they are all interested in you not being in pain, and in general they are people who see the patient as a human being too. I highly recommend them. This is a clinic that is worth it.
