In my opinion, the specific real estate consultant is a professional with a difference in buying and selling real estate with excellent methodicality. Well done, he is wonderful.

I don't know what exactly "Mr" Elias does, but he is not a broker. He probably uses his office to serve his own interests. He is completely unreliable, so be very careful in dealing with him, especially financial ones. If you want to avoid an unpleasant experience, just don't bother.

There are no words to describe my experience with this "broker". He is untrustworthy, incompetent and very deceitful. He is worthless and will avoid his obligations at all costs. His lack of integrity and failure to disclose necessary information make him a great danger. He promises a lot and delivers nothing, he cares absolutely nothing about his clients, only about his own pocket. He is rude, offensive and cannot be trusted, I learned this the hard way. He is suspicious and can be very mean, despite his efforts to appear different. Beware!

I wonder how a person like the gentleman (we'll call him sir now) can do this job!!! You're incompetent, my friend, because if you were even a little bit right you would answer the phone for a simple apology for setting me up for our appointment, which you never came to....... your grocery store is closed......

The biggest FRAUD on the island! Far away! I made a whole trip from Ioannina and while I had informed him that I was coming to move and what stage the work was at, he assured me that the apartment was almost ready and I could move comfortably. Arriving in Mytilene I was surprised because he had done absolutely nothing in the apartment, resulting in me having nowhere to take my child. And that wasn't enough, he spoke to me in the most horrible way. In order to get my money back, I got angry because for two days he was taunting me brazenly, telling me that he would take it and in the end I had to go to his office to get it. Big warning!!!

The worst realtor I have ever met. He showed up for our appointment 1 and a half hours late without any information and the information he had given over the phone about the property was untrue.
