Molivos Castle Apartments

Great hotel with an amazing view to the sunset! The studios are spacious with separate bedroom and adequately equipped for preparing breakfast - although you can order breakfast and enjoy it by the infinity pool. The balcony is large and enjoys panoramic views as well. The location just between Petra and Molyvos is ideal for exploring the north of the island (a car is needed, obviously)

We had an amazing experience at Molivos Castle Apartments. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, more like fully equipped apartments with a kitchen than just hotel rooms. The location is perfect: right between Molyvos and Petra (only 3–4 minutes each way), making it easy to reach both the beaches and the town, yet the property itself is very quiet and peaceful. There’s a pool on-site where you can relax, swim, and enjoy drinks during the day. The hotel also serves food and coffee, which is very convenient and fairly priced. Parking is plentiful, so arriving and leaving by car was hassle-free. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The real highlight is the view..absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, which you can enjoy right from your balcony. The atmosphere is truly magical. Overall, it’s excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the west/ northwest part of Lesvos.

First of all, if you booked “Villa Molyvos Castle” (not “Molivos Castle Apartments”), be aware that the complex has two separate entrances: one for the villas and one for the apartments. We didn’t realize this and first arrived at the apartments, where there was no receptionist. A sign directed us to the opposite cliff, so we had to drive back to the main road before finally finding the correct path to the villas. It would really help if management listed the villa location separately on maps to avoid this confusion. I’ll attach a screenshot to my review for future guests. That said, the location and the view from the villas are absolutely stunning, and the staff were polite and respectful. However, the rooms could use better upkeep: they were a bit dirty, some facilities were old, the shower drain was clogged, one electrical outlet was loose, and we saw a lot of bugs. The air conditioners were also not very effective, though there was one unit in the bedroom and another in the living room.

This is a 5-minute drive from Molivosos, but an hour from the center of Lesbos, where you get off the ferry. The hotel is comfortable, the owners are a family, and very attentive. Plan your plans accordingly. First, go to Lidl supermarket and do your shopping, then you can visit Mandamados and Skala on the way.

The owners were super friendly, the rooms are spacious and nice, the view is amazing the only issue there is a really steep slope to enter the hotel.

Perfect view, lovely infinity pool, very nice house to stay. You feel like you are at home. Lovely lady at the reception. And you may eat and drink near the pool with good prices and there were many options. We loved this stay soooo much

The view and the infinity pool is fabulous. We stayed at a studio room with spacious two bedrooms and a balcony with a fantastic view. The room was equipped with all kinds of appliances, great for long stays and families. The breakfast and food menu is quite diverse and affordable. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the bathroom of the super large room which was tiny and shower door was broken. But overall a minute detail and this place is absolutely worth the price.

We had a wonderful time at Molivos Castle Apartments. We liked everything. The apartments and the area are clean and well-kept. The staff is polite and friendly. There is a car park on the territory, several swimming pools, including a children's one. The bar serves delicious coffee. The distinctive feature is the stunning view of the sea and mountains.

We had a pleasant stay although the quality of the mattresses it was very bad and couldn’t have a good nights rest… The last day we ordered a club sandwich and the chips were gross. We had tummy issues after that and couldn’t enjoy our dinner in a beautiful tavern we went to celebrate with the family.

A great hotel. Excellent location. The rooms are very clean. It is cleaned daily. Only the edges of the shower cabin require a little more detailed cleaning. The staff is very friendly and caring. Silent. The infinity pool and its cleanliness are very nice. We as a family liked it very much. The rooms are comfortable. I hope they do not compromise on their understanding of daily cleaning.
