Terrific service with incredible courtesy and a smile!! The result was wonderful and impeccable in the very difficult task they had to face (removal of dead hair and a bath for a wolfhound...)
Very good service from the guys. I went for a haircut and grooming of the dog. Another dog came out..it was snorting and shining from 10 meters and in my opinion very good prices.

The place is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very well-maintained in general. Dimitra is very kind, loves animals and is willing to help you with anything you need. My Roulakos liked her quite a bit, I can say!! We had a very good result, with completely affordable prices!! Finally, she has many accessories, food, treats, etc. that you can choose from for our four-legged friends!! I will definitely visit again 🥰

Not good service at all and a shame, I took my dog for grooming (bath, haircut, etc.) none of this happened, they just unclipped my dog and they didn't have time to either bathe him or give him a haircut, so I had to take the dog back the way I got it. I paid €50 just to unclip the dog. I wanted to pay by card and they told me it was +€10. I paid in cash and they didn't even give me a receipt! Illegal in full! I'm sorry!

Good evening,<br>I am very sorry that you were dissatisfied.<br>Initially, the receipt was cut normally, I would ask you not to make inaccuracies about such serious matters.<br>As for the dog, he was in a very bad condition, he had knots all over his body and while I suggested that we do it with the machine so that it wouldn't take us so long and the dog wouldn't suffer, you wanted him to be untangled, which I informed you from the beginning that I don't know if I will have time to groom and bathe him because the untangling alone would take several hours. I don't think that 50 euros is a lot for 3 hours of untangling with 2 people, which means that I would need 6 hours alone.<br>Also, from the phone call we spoke about the appointment, you didn't tell me the real condition of the animal, while I asked you, so that I could better judge what you would need.<br>You told me that he only has knots behind his ears and the poor dog didn't have a knot anywhere.<br>I'm really sorry that you didn't respect our effort and all the work we did to thank you because you didn't want us to use a machine.<br>It was my mistake to agree to do it in the first place and put the dog and us through this process.<br>I wouldn't answer because I know the work I do but I think your comment is very far-fetched and it would be good for you to think twice before leaving such comments.<br>

I absolutely love this pet store and grooming service! Dimitra is experienced and truly cares about animals. She is a kind professional and really pays attention to detail. In addition, the store itself is well stocked with quality products, toys and treats at reasonable prices. It is clear that she is passionate about what she does. I would not trust anyone else with my pet. I highly recommend her to all pet owners.

Very pleasant experience! The store is spotlessly clean, stylish and full of positive energy.
