Clean, comfortable, friendly environment, private parking space, very close to Molyvos and the wonderful beach of Petra. Nadia and her parents are excellent, hospitable and friendly. Thank you💕 (17-19/7/25. Next year definitely more days);
Located about 500 meters from the entrance to Molyvos village, in a beautiful garden, spacious and comfortable rooms with kitchens were spotlessly clean. Nadia was friendly and attentive, she left a cake at the room door in the morning, thank you. If you go again, I would choose this place again.

Τα διαμερίσματα Nadia σας τοποθετούν στην καθημερινή ζωή του Μολύβου, με θέα στο μεσαιωνικό κάστρο και λίγα βήματα από το λιμανάκι. Η αυτόνομη διαμονή σας επιτρέπει να κινείστε με τον δικό σας ρυθμό: πρωινό στο μπαλκόνι, βουτιές σε κοντινές παραλίες, βόλτες στα καλντερίμια το απόγευμα. Τα ιαματικά λουτρά του Εφταλού βρίσκονται σε μικρή απόσταση με αυτοκίνητο.
Καλύτερη εποχή
Τέλη Μαΐου έως Σεπτέμβριο για σίγουρη θαλάσσια κολύμβηση· Ιούνιος και αρχές Σεπτεμβρίου συνδυάζουν καλό καιρό με λιγότερο κόσμο.
Πώς θα φτάσετε
Ο Μόλυβος απέχει περίπου 60 χλμ. από τη Μυτιλήνη μέσω οδικού δικτύου, διαδρομή περίπου μίας ώρας. Υπάρχουν ταξί από τη Μυτιλήνη και εποχιακές λεωφορειακές συνδέσεις.

Nadia is a great host. She is very helpful and hospitable. Our room has a big refrigerator, air conditioner and all necessary kitchenware. The room is very clean. The bed is comfortable. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 7 minute walk to restaurants. Each room has a terrace which consists of chairs, a table, and sunbeds. It is enjoyable to drink on the terrace especially at night. Nadia gave delicious cakes each morning. You can feel at home with warm friends around in Nadia apartments.

Nadia is a perfect host. Nice, polite, helpful and friendly. Location is perfect. Walking distance to Molyvos center. Also quiet and calm. Rooms have a balcony where you can sit and relax in a garden full of olive trees. Rooms were large, clean and with well equipped kitchen. Hope to see you soon Nadia....

The young owner Nadia and her family are very friendly. The studios and apartments are comfortable and clean. The kitchen has all equipped and modern. The garden is very nice and large and no problem for parking. Location is very near to the village while it is in a green garden under walnut trees and calm place to rest.
