IGFA CAR RENTAL MYTILENE

I rented a 125cc moped from IGFA. The price was reasonable, and the bike was practically new. The support, however, was top-notch. I asked the young man in the office for directions to my Airbnb, and he told me to just follow him. Okay, it was only about a 5-minute drive, but hey, that was really nice. So, 5 stars for IGFA :-))

This incident happened when I rented a car. I told the gas station to put only 15L, but they filled the tank completely and charged me €53. and the gas guy told me to tell to the rental car company. When I returned the car, I explained to the rental company that we didn’t intend to fill it up since the tank was already more than half full. We only asked them to refund around €20, but they refused. I even asked to speak with the manager, but the staff said the manager would say the same thing and never gave us a chance to talk. In the end, we lost our money and received no help. Very disappointing experience.

Even though I had specified the pickup time in advance and paid beforehand, the car wasn’t ready when I arrived at the office. And although I had also indicated in the reservation that I needed a baby seat, I had to wait a full hour after the car arrived for the baby seat to be delivered. I was going to return the car the very next day anyway. It was a very bad experience. If I still have to wait, then what’s the point of filling out the reservation form and you asking me for a pickup time?

I rented a car for a day from IGFA. Everything was great. I got the promised model. The vehicle was in good condition. The process was quick and without problems. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The price is absolutely reasonable. I'd be happy to use IGFA again! Thank you very much.

Several pros to rent from IGFA: 1) you will see their cars everywhere on the island. That tells you they are very popular, 2) They are multi-lingual including Turkish, 3) Their location is walking distance from the port, 4) In spite of the heavy customer volume, they were very nice. I strongly recommend them.

The car was +10 y/o but I haven’t had any problem. I have reserved and paid online before my travel otherwise you may not find any car on arrival. The service was very fast and they were very friendly. Thank you for everything.
