Avant de partir
À quoi s'attendre
La visite guidée vous entraîne à travers un espace de production d'une propreté remarquable, de la réception des olives fraîchement cueillies jusqu'à la centrifugeuse à extraction à froid et la ligne d'embouteillage, avec des guides qui maîtrisent parfaitement leur sujet. La dégustation finale met en lumière la vivacité d'une huile pressée localement, bien différente de ce que l'on trouve en grande surface.
Quand y aller
Le moulin est en pleine activité pendant la saison de récolte, approximativement de fin octobre à décembre ; les visites guidées sont proposées tout au long de l'année.
Comment s'y rendre
Depuis Mytilène, prenez la route principale vers l'ouest via Kalloni et Antissa jusqu'à Sigri — comptez environ 1h30 à 2h sur les routes sinueuses de l'île. Sigri se trouve à l'extrémité ouest de Lesbos, aussi pensez à combiner cette étape avec la forêt pétrifiée toute proche.

I'm not judging the place. I'm judging the product from this mill. I bought EVOO Olive SS in Bucharest, production batch from the 23/24 harvest, packaging date 19/07/24. This olive oil tastes delicious (I don't know the polyphenol content)! Keep it up, and maybe someday I'll buy it in Poland. Best regards.

Besides the olive mill,they have closed off two public beaches with fencing illegally,and now people have no access to them. Give back the beaches to the people of Sigri!

Don't go to the factory because they don't sell olive oil. I don't even think about visiting the factory. I arrived and they sent me somewhere in town!!! . Anyway, I couldn't find the location. Very bad in terms of selling the products. Maybe they are good but you can only buy them online.
