Η ξενάγηση σάς οδηγεί σε έναν εκπληκτικά καθαρό χώρο παραγωγής, από τις φρεσκοκομμένες ελιές έως τις φυγοκεντρικές μηχανές ψυχρής έκθλιψης και τη γραμμή εμφιάλωσης, με ξεναγούς που γνωρίζουν βαθιά την τέχνη τους. Η γευσιγνωσία στο τέλος αναδεικνύει αμέσως τη διαφορά ανάμεσα στο φρεσκοπιεσμένο ελαιόλαδο της Λέσβου και ό,τι βρίσκουμε στο σούπερ μάρκετ.
Καλύτερη εποχή
Το ελαιουργείο είναι σε πλήρη λειτουργία κατά την εποχή της ελαιοσυγκομιδής, περίπου από τα τέλη Οκτωβρίου έως τον Δεκέμβριο· οι ξεναγήσεις πραγματοποιούνται καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του χρόνου.
Πώς θα φτάσετε
Από τη Μυτιλήνη, ακολουθείτε τον κεντρικό δρόμο δυτικά μέσω Καλλονής και Αντίσσης προς το Σίγρι — η διαδρομή διαρκεί περίπου 1,5 με 2 ώρες σε ελικοειδείς δρόμους. Το Σίγρι βρίσκεται στην άκρη της δυτικής ακτής του νησιού, οπότε αξίζει να συνδυάσετε την επίσκεψη με τον απολιθωμένο δάσος της περιοχής.

I'm not judging the place. I'm judging the product from this mill. I bought EVOO Olive SS in Bucharest, production batch from the 23/24 harvest, packaging date 19/07/24. This olive oil tastes delicious (I don't know the polyphenol content)! Keep it up, and maybe someday I'll buy it in Poland. Best regards.

Besides the olive mill,they have closed off two public beaches with fencing illegally,and now people have no access to them. Give back the beaches to the people of Sigri!

Don't go to the factory because they don't sell olive oil. I don't even think about visiting the factory. I arrived and they sent me somewhere in town!!! . Anyway, I couldn't find the location. Very bad in terms of selling the products. Maybe they are good but you can only buy them online.
