It's cute, clean, and the owners were friendly and did their best to host us. The location is great. The view is great, you go out to your balcony in the morning and you're on the beach. Sitting on the balcony with a sea view is a great pleasure. Thank you Dimitra Hotel and its owners.
Info
Come arrivare

Spotlessly clean and stunning views of the center of Petra beach. The people are very friendly. Simple room. Although in the center, quiet and relaxed. We stayed for 10 days in August and had an amazing time. It would be a plus if the bathroom was bigger. Excellent value for money. Balcony with two chairs directly overlooking the sea without the interference of organized umbrellas of cafes - taverns. The only one that has direct access to the beach. The air-conditioning is clean and quiet. You can drink nice coffee and eat food downstairs at Zefyro in the cool. The WiFi is satisfactory.

The location is perfect. The sea-view rooms are fantastic. The family who own the hotel is so sweet, they're like family. It's in the most beautiful part of Petra. You can easily swim right in front of it. Because it's an island, it's a bit wavy, and the entrance is rocky, but it's clean. I recommend water shoes. I went last year and will go again this year. The market and bus stop are very close. There are many restaurants nearby. Marmaid is especially good. They have a great band. You can easily watch and listen to Greek music even from the hotel garden. I could write a lot more about this place. Sending my love to Dimitra and her entire family❤️🇬🇷

My wife and I stayed for 5 days. I think the hotel is good value for money. The location is very nice. The hotel bathroom was bad. There's a curtain in the shower area for protection, but water gets everywhere after every shower. If they renovated the bathrooms, it would deserve a 5-star rating. The hotel staff were understanding and polite.

I booked through Booking.com, but they told me I was late because I tried to check in at 8 p.m. and that they had given the room to someone else. The roads between Petra and other small towns are deserted and deserted. I drove an hour and a half to find another hotel. I'll never forget this inconvenience. I told the manager he wasn't a professional, and he brazenly said no. The prices were cheap and the location was good, but I don't recommend this hotel, which is so shady.

We're so glad we chose this place for our stay as a family with children. It's very close to everything. We park the car very close (on the street of the football field). Restaurants and beaches are very close. We chose Nissos beach. We can get there in 3 minutes by car. We stayed in a sea view room. The rooms are air-conditioned, and although the room is full of old furniture, the bed and pillows are comfortable. It's a quiet place to relax, and it has a very nice balcony. There is also a terrace and another balcony for group seating. There is a Zefiros bar at the entrance where you can get a 10% discount. Great for a stay.

The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. Plus, there's a beach in front of it, but it's not privately owned. We thought it was privately owned on Booking.com. Sunbeds are free if you eat or drink something at the resort. The resort wasn't clean. The sheets were stained, and the bathroom wasn't clean. So it was a real disappointment. I wouldn't choose it again.

Two of us stayed one night. It's in a beautiful beachfront location in Petra, a 5-minute walk from the bustling area, and in a quiet location. Unfortunately, the rooms are very old, so don't expect any luxury. We didn't use any of the service. It's not great for families; it's just a one-night stop on a quick island tour.

Dimitra's establishment is excellent for its value. The sea-facing rooms are very well insulated, so you can barely hear the traffic. Everything you need is available: a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a hairdryer. The sea-facing rooms have a wonderful view. There's also a bar and cafeteria in the garden below. We had breakfast one morning with omelets, waffles, and tea. It was quite good. There's also an observation terrace upstairs for those who enjoy the view. This is a very good hostel for the price.
