Clean, new, and tidy. Its proximity to the center is excellent, but going down the hill without a car is tiring, unlike the climb. Having a good place to stay ensures a peaceful holiday. Thank you to our host; we took care to leave the house as we found it. The photos are taken before we left.
The location is central and there are no parking problems. However, a solution needs to be found for the cockroaches on the balcony. Pest control isn't sufficient. Apart from that, it offers enough space for two people.

Mitilene è una città che premia chi si sofferma: dai suoi grandiosi palazzi neoclassici e l'animata passeggiata sul lungomare, alle vivaci taverne e caffè che si riversano sulle strette viuzze del centro storico. Soggiornare in posizione centrale significa che il porto dei traghetti, i mercati locali e gli eccellenti musei della città sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il design contemporaneo del monolocale offre un piacevole contrasto con il ricco patrimonio ottomano e bizantino dell'isola che lo circonda. I servizi moderni e la disposizione adatta alle coppie lo rendono una scelta allettante per chi desidera l'indipendenza di una sistemazione con angolo cottura, senza rinunciare al comfort. Dopo una lunga giornata trascorsa a esplorare il paesaggio vulcanico dell'entroterra, le sorgenti termali di Eftalou o gli uliveti che si estendono verso Molivos nel nord, avere un rifugio privato e ben attrezzato in cui tornare fa la differenza. Per i visitatori che intendono usare Mitilene come base, la posizione di questo monolocale è un vero punto di forza. Escursioni giornaliere alla foresta pietrificata di Sigri, ai villaggi tradizionali della regione di Plomari o alle zone umide del Golfo di Kalloni per il birdwatching sono tutte facilmente realizzabili. La città stessa si anima di sera, con il lungomare del porto che offre alcuni dei migliori piatti di pesce sull'Egeo. Lo studio si trova nel cuore di Mitilene, a pochi passi dal lungomare neoclassico e dalle taverne nascoste nei vicoli del centro storico. È una base indipendente per due viaggiatori che vogliono vivere la città autentica — caffè mattutino in un kafeneio locale, pomeriggio tra le vie del mercato, serate lungo il porto illuminato. Il terminal dei traghetti e i musei della città sono raggiungibili a piedi.
Periodo migliore
Lo studio è adatto come base urbana tutto l'anno; primavera e autunno sono le stagioni più piacevoli per esplorare la città a piedi, mentre l'estate è ideale per chi desidera combinare le serate a Mitilene con escursioni alle spiagge.
Come arrivare
Lo studio si trova nel centro di Mitilene, quindi chi arriva in traghetto è a pochi minuti a piedi o in taxi. L'aeroporto si trova a breve distanza in auto verso est della città.

Beautiful small apartment beautifully renovated and maintained and very well equipped. Very clean with a tasteful modern, sophisticated atmosphere, yet still cozy. Really giving a luxury feeling, with a comfortable bed and nice linens as well as a wonderful bathroom with an excellent shower. Perfect location in a charming part of Mytilene with easy access to the centre for in my case shopping and watching the vibrant city life the days before Xmas. Very nice host and easy to follow instructions for a smooth stay. Highly recommended.

The room was very nice. Clean and tidy. Friendly and cozy. The tiny veranda is perfect for a slow morning breakfast. Local neighbours pass by with smiling "Good Mornings". However, reaching the place is a bit demanding. You have to walk some minutes of uphill narrow road, or drive in a bit of confusing parts of the old town. Keep that in mind. In any case, I enjoyed my stay there 🙂

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location is very good — 6-7min to centre by walking But what really made our stay special was the host. Extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. When I unexpectedly received a traffic fine, he even went out of his way to pay it on my behalf and send me the receipt — something I truly appreciate! We felt completely at home. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the island!

A very elegant space which has been equipped with the most modern appliances in order to provide maximum comfort to its guests. It is located in the city center, which serves perfectly for the transportation of visitors. The detailed cleanliness and care are the elements that characterize the space. Finally, the prompt service and impeccable hospitality could not be omitted!
