I recently bought a gift from the store for my daughter while I was in Mytilene. On my way back to Athens I found that it was defective, something for which the store is not responsible of course. I contacted them, sent it back and they replaced it for me and all of this within a very few days and at no charge from me. These are serious professionals who prioritize the customer. Anyone who is in Lesvos and wants something from electronics should go there.
