Beautiful place. Very nice location, very kind people, but there were no sockets near the beds, there was not always hot water - it ran out and unfortunately the toilet didn't work.
We stayed for a week as two people, 6 nights and 7 days. The price performance is excellent. The owner of the apartment, Mr. Dimitri, was a very friendly person. I would like to thank him very much. If I go to Lesbos again, I will definitely stay there.

Camere Pefka offrono un'accogliente base per i viaggiatori che esplorano le zone più tranquille e meno turistiche di Lesbo, situate vicino al piccolo villaggio di Pligoni, nell'entroterra dell'isola. Il nome stesso, Pefka, che in greco significa pini, allude al paesaggio verdeggiante e resinoso che circonda questa parte dell'isola, dove il ritmo della vita rallenta e lo scenario passa dalla costa a dolci colline punteggiate di uliveti e macchia mediterranea.
Soggiornare qui permette di scoprire i ritmi autentici della Lesbo rurale, lontano dalle località più frequentate. I dintorni premiano chi ama girovagare per i villaggi tradizionali, fermarsi nei caffè tradizionali locali e andare alla ricerca della bellezza naturale meno conosciuta dell'isola. Essendo Lesbo una delle isole più grandi dell'Egeo, avere un luogo confortevole e senza pretese in cui riposare fa la differenza quando si percorre il territorio al proprio ritmo.
Per chi desidera vivere Lesbo al di là della sua famosa foresta pietrificata o del trafficato porto di Mitilene, Camere Pefka offrono proprio quel tipo di ospitalità semplice e genuina che da sempre contraddistingue i viaggi nelle isole greche. Pefka Rooms Le offre una base tranquilla tra i pineti a est di Mitilene, vicina alla capitale ma lontana dalla confusione turistica. I dintorni del villaggio di Pligoni si prestano a passeggiate mattutine tra gli uliveti e soste nei kafeneion locali, dove il ritmo della vita è del tutto diverso. Gli appassionati di birdwatching troveranno la zona particolarmente interessante in primavera, durante la migrazione degli uccelli.
Periodo migliore
Il periodo migliore va dalla fine della primavera all'inizio dell'autunno; aprile e maggio sono ideali per il birdwatching, mentre luglio e agosto possono essere molto caldi.
Come arrivare
Pefka Rooms si trova a pochi chilometri da Mitilene; un breve tragitto in auto verso l'interno di Lesbo porta al villaggio di Pligoni e alle colline circostanti.

Independent houses with verandas and courtyards! Right in front, ample parking... spacious inside with new furniture, kitchenette and nice bathroom! In a good location next to the airport and the planes pass right above you... clean, very helpful lady and her son who manage them and at reasonable prices!

Nice welcome. Near the sea, far from the city. Not many buses running so taxi is your way of getting around if you don't have a car or something. Quite ok clean with some shortcomings. Not an accommodation for those who dislike extremely hard beds! The bed is my biggest minus for this accommodation as the whole night was a torment.

I found the price on online booking sites, then called Dimitri and got a discount. Dimitri is a very nice person, and the place is quiet and rural, located between the airport and the center of Mytilene. There's also a beach nearby, served by a public bus. I loved the place and will definitely return when I go back to Mytilene.

Excellent environment. Trees and tranquility everywhere. Comfortable parking space. Very cooperative and helpful owner. The furniture in the rooms and the frames need a renovation for the benefit of everyone.

Nice small apartments for renting. Excellent for the summer period. Not recommended for the cold months of the year. You may need a car for city center. The beach is a 5 minute walk though.
