We stayed for 10 fantastic days, the hosts were amazing, welcoming us as if we were at home. The room was excellent, very clean and renovated with all the amenities. A thousand thumbs up to Eugenia and her family.
Our time at Victoria's was fantastic. Beautiful studios, especially the large ones. The 1 & 2 bed flats are gorgeous! Excellent location. Victoria and Eugenia are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. 5 ⭐ recommendation. Will be returning.

Victoria Studios & Apartments biedt comfortabele zelfverzorgingsaccommodatie in Skala Eresou, het charmante kustdorp aan de zuidwestkust van Lesbos, beroemd om zijn lange zandstrand en ontspannen bohemien sfeer. Het pand beschikt over studio's en appartementen die geschikt zijn voor onafhankelijke reizigers die de vrijheid van hun eigen ruimte verkiezen, met het gemak van een kitchenette of keuken om maaltijden te bereiden tussen de verkenningen door.
Hier verblijven betekent dat gasten binnen handbereik zijn van alles wat Skala Eresou te bieden heeft: de relaxte taverna's en cafés langs de waterkant, het warme ondiepe water van het strand, en het omliggende platteland bezaaid met olijfboomgaarden en de overblijfselen van het oude Eressos, geboorteplaats van de lyrische dichteres Sappho. Wat u kunt verwachten
Studio's en appartementen met een keuken(tje) laten u toe uw dagen naar eigen inzicht in te delen — ontbijt op uw eigen tempo, een ochtend op het lange zandstrand, lunchen bij een taverna aan de haven. Skala Eresou heeft een authentiek ontspannen sfeer die uitstekend past bij dit soort verblijf.
Beste tijd om te gaan
Van eind mei tot september is het ideaal om te zwemmen; in juli en augustus is het drukker en warmer.
Hoe er te komen
Skala Eresou ligt ongeveer een uur rijden ten westen van Mytilini, via olijfgaarden en de rustige binnenwegen van het eiland.

We stayed at Victoria Apartments for four nights in July 2023 and everything was perfect. Eugenia and her mother are lovely people. The room was very clean, quite, simple and practical. The property is 4 minutes away from the beach by walking. There is also a free parking space. We will come back!

Very nice, recently refurbished rooms. Ideal for a small family with kitchenette and fridge. Great garden with hammocks for lounging. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel like part of the family. 50 meters walking distance to beach where you view the breathtaking sunset and can access the boardwalk with cafes/ bars restaurants. All in all perfect for a relaxing vacation away from the bustle.

A home away from home! Eugenia made us feel pampered and comfortable while being in the same time discreet. Tastefully decorated clean rooms with all the amenities we needed. The beach was a walk away. We shall definitely visit again next year!

Victoria apartment, so close to a beautiful beach, is the best place to stay in Eressos. Its very clean, lovely decorated. But most important is the family Kotikas. We come here already for 20 years. They make you feel so welcome and help you with whatever you need. Your own made breakfasts under the tree are wonderful shady. A place to be.
