As a flight attendant, I ve had rolls almost all over the world, and those were one of the best ones. Not only because of their taste but, because of the amazing service and atmosphere. Right next to the sea with an amazing view. Definitely would recommend👌🤌

Roll Ice cream & more geeft een speelse, moderne draai aan de zoete kant van Mytilini, met de theatrale ervaring van gerold ijs die een favoriet is geworden onder bezoekers die op zoek zijn naar iets anders. Kijken hoe het verse roommengsel op een ijskoude plaat wordt gegoten, fijngehakt en gemengd met de smaken van uw keuze, vervolgens vakkundig in nette cilinders wordt gerold en in een beker wordt geschikt, is al de helft van het plezier — het is zowel dessert als live-optreden, en trekt bijna altijd een menigte nieuwsgierige toeschouwers. Gelegen in Mytilini, de kosmopolitische hoofdstad van Lesbos, is de zaak een natuurlijke tussenstop na het verkennen van de promenade aan de waterkant, de levendige agora of het indrukwekkende middeleeuwse kasteel dat over de haven waakt. Het menu biedt meer dan alleen gerold ijs, met een scala aan zoete lekkernijen om aan verschillende verlangens te voldoen, waardoor het een gastvrije plek is voor families en groepen met uiteenlopende smaken. Of u nu verkoeling zoekt op een hete Egeïsche middag of uzelf trakteert na een lange dag sightseeing, dit is het soort vrolijke, pretentieloze stop die een vleugje kleur toevoegt aan elk bezoek aan Lesbos.

Wat u kunt verwachten
Het rolproces op de bevroren plaat speelt zich voor uw ogen af — room gegoten op een ijskoud oppervlak, bewerkt met spatels tot het stijft, en daarna opgerold tot strakke cilinders in een beker. Op warme avonden trekt het spontaan een klein publiek op de stoep, vaak gezinnen die terugkeren van een wandeling langs de haven. De sfeer is ontspannen en ongedwongen.
Beste tijd om te gaan
Van eind mei tot begin oktober is het ideaal; zomeravonden zijn het drukst maar ook het levendigst.
Hoe er te komen
De winkel ligt in het hart van Mytilini, op een paar minuten lopen van de havenboulevard en de centrale markt.

Prices not mentioned. Too expensive i think! We took 2 ice rolls and payed 15€

It's an ok ice cream but it's expensive. Especially the soft serve ( παγωτο μηχανής ), it was too expensive, 4€ for 3 bites of Ice cream is too much .

Too expensive in my opinion! The cost etc. was not mentioned anywhere but we didn't ask before ordering either! We chose from the ready-made flavors! Nice in general terms but not that tasty!

The ice cream is great, it's a good amount for what you pay (I'd say it's equivalent to about 2-3 normal scoops) I do recommend it. The service was good as well. Do not get the bubble tea though, it is quite awful, it's just water with a tiny bit of syrup and the pearls, very tasteless. The straws they give you are not big enough for the pearls to pass through properly and the fact that they are made of paper makes it even more difficult (the friction doesn't help and then it gets saggy and it can't pick up the pearls at all).
