Unfriendly staff with no style and no appetite for service, if you go to the cashier you wait an hour to pay and even if there is only one customer in front of you, the clothes are stacked and confused you can't find anything, for boys from 10 years old they have very few products. The prices are very good and the products are of good quality.

While the quality of the clothes is good, the service from the staff is terrible. Many of the clothes are too high to reach and when I asked how they get down if you want to try something on, the cashier informed me that the management of the store is such that it does not allow an employee on the upper floor to serve.. Also, the wait at the cashier is long and while there is a second employee, only one cashier is always serving. The entire staff is almost cold without a smile and without any desire to serve in general. Too bad..

I bought various gifts and asked them to wrap them in packaging... They didn't list the prices and the serving items didn't have special paper to wrap them in... A person at the cashier who was obviously confused... told me that they don't have instructions on how to finish it and they don't have the materials for this job... In the clothing area, I didn't find any employees to help me and those who were in the area were looking for something on their own...

I visited the store for the first time a few days ago. I felt completely unwelcoming. The employee upstairs was in no mood to forcefully give a formal answer. I was impressed by the availability of products. For example, she had a stack of jeans that caught my interest only in size 28. I will go back but my first impression was not positive.

The clothes are extremely value for money with many choices. The home products are also tasteful and affordable. In general, the store has a European aesthetic and is something that was missing from our island. The staff served me promptly and politely when I needed it.
