We rented a car for 2 days and everything was excellent from start to finish. The car was a 2024 model hybrid Peugeot 208 which was perfect for the narrow island roads. It was in very good condition and the interior was spotless. The dealer speaks very good English and the whole process was smooth and fast. There were no hidden charges at all. The only thing to note is a 500 euros blockage margin on your card which is clearly communicated in advance. You can conveniently pick up and return the car either at the port or the airport which makes everything even easier. We were very satisfied and will definitely choose this place again on our next island vacation.

I rented a car in Lesvos and Michalis was extremely helpful. We were very happy with the service. He was so kind, even invited us for a coffee and recommended great places to eat. Important Note: The car rental service is not located directly at the airport. However, a minivan will transport you to their facility. I rented two identical cars, and despite arriving during rush hour, the staff’s professionalism and calm, reassuring demeanor made a big difference after a long journey. Having rented cars all over the world, I’ve often encountered rental companies that live up to the chaotic stereotype—think Leo Getz in Lethal Weapon 4. But this experience was the complete opposite. The cars were spotless, even better than what I had booked, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended!

We visit Lesvos between 13-15 July . The car was very new. The staff is very helpful and kind. We preferred AutoUnion for our each Greek Island trip and all was very good, Lesvos also. They are doing everything to make your journey more effective-less stressfull even they are too busy. Thanks again for all.

I chose autounion mitilini airport because of the positive reviews, the reviews were justified and I would use autounion mitilini again. We were collected from the airport by michalis and taken to the autounion airport office about 1km away from the terminal. The car, a Micra was a recent model, Michalis pointed out any marks the car already had, unfortunately I added another one which I pointed out on the cars return, I was charged for the damage but the charge was reasonable (120 euro) for the damage done. Fortunately I had rented through Zest and it included excess insurance ( for some types of damage).
