A classmate of mine once told me: "There are people and PEOPLE". Mr. Ploukos belongs to the second category. A PEOPLE in every sense of the word. I will never forget, I was sick with a fever, I had a sore throat, and I was unable to go to his office to be examined. When I contacted him, explaining my problem, he immediately agreed to come to my house to examine me, respecting that due to a cold I could not go to his office. He also proved what a great doctor he is, because when he came to my house, he did not have the machines that he has in his office to examine me, but he managed to 100% diagnose that I had tonsillitis, giving me the appropriate medication, which brought immediate results and I got well immediately. I required an ENT assessment, for my British Pilot Medical with the CAA. Given my urgency, Dr Ploukos arranged his timetable to see me quicky and provided the ENT report on the same day.
