Unacceptable real estate agent I don't know where to start I really thought I was dealing with professionals but unfortunately I was proven wrong. We had rented the house since July we paid it regularly every month until at the end of September we had to go for my daughter to move in. What we saw upon entering the house is indescribable.. humidity, rotten washing machine rotten kitchen hobs non-existent oven buttons.... staircase leading to the apartment without a handrail.... I can't describe it any further.. the

Thank you for sharing your experience. In our office we always try to operate with complete transparency and consistency, which is why we would like to provide some important clarifications. The property was fully presented via a live video call, lasting 12 minutes, so that you would know in advance all its spaces and features. During the presentation, you had the opportunity to see both the interior and exterior of the house, including access and stairs. The lease proceeded after you declared in writing that the property was completely to your liking. Upon your arrival, some mild cleanliness and humidity issues were reported (such as iron oxidation on the kitchen stoves, etc.), which were partly due to the fact that the apartment had remained closed for 2.5 months after you made the lease. This and everything else you mention were addressed immediately, in no time. Furthermore, we had informed you that, if there was any problem with the equipment, now that there was water and electricity, it could be replaced immediately by a technician, but your husband was adamant and absolutely wanted the lease to be terminated because the staircase did not have a handrail, which was something we could not intervene in because it concerned a shared space, which has existed for approximately 25 years. Although the lease had already begun, and despite the owner's contrary opinion, as an office we did everything possible to ensure that the lease was terminated without any further burden on you and in addition, you were refunded the entire rent for September even though the month had expired. You were also provided with personal assistance for the utility connections, in addition to our formal obligations. It should be noted that the property was immediately rented to another parent for their child who is a first-year student and who has been living there for 2 months without any problems.
