Every dish we've tried was delicious. Fava beans, octopus, calamari, potato balls, zucchini flowers... The owner doesn't really speak English but he tries his best and the menu is in English, Turkish and Greek.

A classic, traditional Greek taverna — more like a proper “koutouki” — with amazing meze dishes. Great atmosphere for this kind of place, and nice old Greek music playing in the background (that part is of course personal taste). I had seafood and it was excellent, and the rest of the dishes were just as good. Warm and welcoming vibe, good service, and very friendly staff and owner. Definitely a keeper. Reservation is a must.

We randomly ran into this place after parking our car, not far from it. The place was packed and it was Monday 3 PM… I can’t tell you why, but something about the place and the people that was sitting inside made me want to come and to eat. They told us to come back in half an hour, and we did and they set our table. I actually wanted to taste the entire menu because every dish that went out out of the kitchen towards the people looked delicious and I wasn’t really hungry. Very nice atmosphere and very nice service… What we took was absolutely delicious, but I can show you that everything there is fresh and good.

A small simple Greek restaurant. The Mezgit and calamari were delicious. There is not much variety of appetizers. The octopus was not bad but not delicious either. The portions are big, the price is normal. The service is not bad. In short, you will not be disappointed but you will not be a fan either.

If you prefer taste instead of sea view, you are in the right place. We are satisfied. If there is time, I would like to try again.

Taverna located on the inside street with no view of the ocean. What it lacks in view is made up for in food quality. The service was efficient and helpful. They brought us the menu but, the nice man basically just order for us which was great because everything he picked was amazing. We sincerely wanted to order the whole menu but didn’t have room. This place fills up quick and was constantly busy from the time we arrived until leaving. I’d suggest getting there right when they open or be prepared to wait a few hours. We ordered: 1. Tomatoes salad- this is a Greek salad without the feta cheese 2. Smoked anchovies 3. Fried red mullet fish- so amazing and better than the sardines. This was the waiters favorite dish 4. White beans- this was the most unsuspected dish. It looked kind of meh but wow it was so good. I could have did another order of this if I had room. We never really order brands or frankly care for brands but these were amazing. 5. Octopus in wine- this was underwhelming and a miss for us. We usually like it grilled and tender but this although had good flavor the texture was dry and stringy 6. Raw clams- the picture on google ladles this as raw oysters but they’re definitely clams. The flavor of these were wonderful. Sweet and crunchy however, they were very thin and not meaty at all. Some of them looked like it was empty shell. Maybe it was the wrong season but this one is. Maybe for me. 7. Grilled calamari- this was good but I recommend getting it fried. There was good grill flavor and char but it was a bit tough. The fried ones tender

Great food. Very delicious. Portions are big and very tasty. Service is by the owner and we liked the owner. He seems like a typical tavern owner. It is a casual and local place. Definitely worth the price!

This is one of the most nice fish restaurants you can lunch or dine ins Mytiline! All fish and seafood dishes are fresh and well cooked! Totally recommended!

I am amazed by this little taverna! Don't expect them to speak perfect English, it's the place where locals go ( you'll see people knowing the menu by heart). The variety of medze and fresh fish is wonderful ( not all of it is on the menu, so ask). We had baked fish with green veggies ( amazing!), fried calamari ( it was the lightest fried food I ever had!), a plate of fuskes/wild muscles/fresh clams ( délicatesse!), fried zucchini flowers with cheese ( super tasty), fava beans (loved it!), marinated anchovies ( delicious!), all of it accompanied with very good white wine. The price is great and I suggest going there on the earlier side, it gets busy fast. It's easily one of my top 3 restaurants! (hevent got many photos, the food was more important)
