Nicola's Home est un appartement de vacances situé à Mytilène, la capitale animée de Lesbos, offrant aux visiteurs une base confortable et chaleureuse depuis laquelle explorer l'île. Idéalement positionné au cœur de la ville principale de l'île, l'appartement vous donne un accès aisé au port animé de Mytilène, à son architecture ottomane, à l'impressionnant château médiéval, ainsi qu'aux tavernes et cafés du front de mer qui rythment la vie quotidienne à Lesbos.

À quoi s'attendre
Séjourner ici, c'est s'installer à Mytilène plutôt que de simplement la traverser — vous achetez votre pain dans la boulangerie du quartier, rapportez du poisson frais du bord du port et préparez vos repas à votre propre rythme. Le château médiéval et le front de mer néoclassique sont à distance de promenade, agréables à découvrir le matin comme au coucher du soleil.
Quand y aller
De fin avril à octobre, Mytilène est à son meilleur ; mai, juin et septembre offrent une atmosphère plus posée qu'en juillet-août, qui sont chauds et très fréquentés.
Comment s'y rendre
L'appartement est situé dans Mytilène même, si bien que le port et l'aéroport sont accessibles en quelques minutes en taxi ou en bus, sans traversée de l'île.

It's a very nice, clean, and well-maintained house. My family and I stayed there, and it was comfortable. Everything we needed was available; we had no problems with the air conditioning for heating and cooling, hot water, or internet. I highly recommend it. Thank you to Nicola and her team.

It's nice to stay in a Greek house. The old house was renovated and redesigned in 2025, and it's very nice. The entire house is 68 m2 and has two floors. Everything you need is available. BUT, although it's very close to the center, there's an incredible ramp, making it difficult both on foot and by car. The owner said there was a parking lot, but it's not in front of the house; it's quite far away, which is a problem.

Our stay at the accommodation was excellent. The location is ideal, as it is close to everything you need and with easy access to the center. The service from the owner was impeccable – kind, available for any questions and always willing to help. The house was very clean and well-kept, which made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely prefer it again on my future visit!!!

The host, Nicola, is very thoughtful and helpful. The house has everything you need. It's not too far from the center, but you'll have to climb a steep hill to get there. The house is very clean and tidy, and suitable for families. I definitely recommend it.

Unacceptable experience. The reservation we had made by phone was cancelled without any information and we found out about it at the last minute. We were forced to look for somewhere else to stay. The owner was not only unhelpful, but also ironic and unprofessional.

Regarding the reservation that you claim was made in our hotel, we must emphasize that no telephone reservation was made because all reservations are made exclusively through booking.com, otherwise this is purely slanderous defamation.

Unpleasant experience. Our reservation was arbitrarily cancelled, without any prior notice and without offering us any alternative solution. Just two days before our planned trip, on August 15th, we found ourselves looking for accommodation in Mytilene on our own. Very poor management and lack of professionalism.

Regarding the reservation you claim to have made at our accommodation, we must emphasize that no reservation was made by telephone because all reservations come from the booking platform, therefore this is a slanderous defamation.

Everything was wonderful! Starting with the accommodation, it is a beautiful two-story house, recently renovated, with wooden floors, aluminum windows, large spaces and air conditioning everywhere. The ground floor has a living room - with a sofa (which also converts into a bed), a coffee table, a desk and a TV - a kitchen and a dining room with everything inside - which closes with a door - and a spacious bathroom - with a bathtub, mirror and cabinets above the sink, a washing machine and hot water all day, without even having to turn on the water heater. There we also found coffee capsules, water, rusks and candies for a sweet welcome! The upper floor has a large window with a balcony and two rooms. The rooms provide a double and a single bed, plenty of wardrobes, a mirror, as well as everything else one might need, such as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hangers, etc. As for the location, it is located a downhill walk (~7 minutes) from the center. It is quiet and close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants-taverns, bars and a bus stop. Moving on to the hottest part of our stay, the owner made us feel truly welcome! He was very kind, communicated with us, had sent us details about the house and the island from the beginning, and was there for us for whatever we needed. Even at the end of our stay, he was willing to find out what was not sufficient in order to improve it, which was greatly appreciated (even though everything was perfect). Finally, because our flights were late, we were able to modify the check in and check out times, as much as the accommodation schedule allowed, helping us as much as possible until the last minute. So thank you very much to Mr. Nikos for giving us a beautiful stay! Attention only to people with mobility issues, as it will be difficult to move from one floor to another and from the house to the center.
