I asked for medicine to prevent nausea. I was given a ginger root supplement at a price fifteen times higher than the medicine. I paid, left the store and after realizing that it was not what I asked for, I went back in and asked for a refund. They told me that I could not get my money back. I got the regular medicine and a face cream that was 7 euros more expensive than other stores. When someone goes to a pharmacy, they expect professionalism. As for the money, of course, they return it, as I have done many times for incorrect charges.

I am not a loyal customer...but i will be so im because im satisfied for the solution they find out as a Pharmacy..i have a problem with my back and i went to the hospital and they couldnt find any medicine to cure me out....so the Pharmasist at Paterellis Pharmacy found me a solution with a great food supplement....thank you so much Prodromos i am feeling better...

I asked for a pharmaceutical product for severe allergy symptoms, and they gave me two very expensive preparations, one of which was a dietary supplement with no proven effect on allergies, and the other was a herbal spray for prevention... I paid almost 20 euros and had no results :/ This is the behavior of a commercial pharmacy, not a pharmacy on duty...
