I highly recommend staying here at Vassilis Studio, the host is very welcoming, clean, towels are changed the next day, the bed is made with clean linen, the distance to the sea is max 10 min walk, there is an orchard with pomegranates, grapes of all varieties and you can serve yourself, and you can take fruit home, a market and a bakery are 50 m away. The host provides everything you need to cook (cutlery, plates, dishes, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, free wifi) I highly recommend 🥰, The sea is calm and clean 🌞🌊⛱️

Very beautiful room, new kitchen, furniture, windows and large balcony. The owner is kind, discreet and willing to meet our every need. Daily cleaning. Comfortable parking. Very reasonable price. By car, the beach of Anaxos is very close, as well as Petra, Molyvos. We were very pleased.

It is a wonderful, quiet place, in the middle of nature but very close to the sea. The very welcoming owner presented us with two options and let us choose our apartment. It has a beautiful, spacious, clean room, a kitchen and bathroom with shower, complete with a wonderful terrace, with table and chairs, umbrella and a wonderful view of the sea from where you can see some fabulous sunsets! The apartment I recommend it with confidence from the heart! ❤️

Perfect choice. Very close to the beautiful beach of Anaxos, but also to Petra, Molivos. Very comfortable bed and clean space. It also has a parking space.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. In a quiet part of Anaxos. The cleaning was daily. The mattress on the bed was excellent. The air conditioner was quiet and with clean filters. It has a large parking space. Mr. Vasilis is really impeccable, kind and discreet. Very close there is a mini market, bakery and restaurants. Within walking distance is Petra and Molyvos, which are among the most traditional villages of the island. If you visit Lesvos, it is worth staying in these rooms.

Spent several weeks there this last summer and it was one of the nicest apartment stays i've ever been in. The proprieters are lovely, the location is very convenient, and the room was very well kept.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly, clean place, this is a great place. You can stay for around €25 per day. Uncle Vassili is a very friendly man, offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables whenever he sees you. It's a quiet neighborhood, just five minutes from the sea, and there's a market right next door, with a bakery just a short distance away. Restaurants are all within walking distance. The apartment concept includes a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, coffee maker, stove, utensils, etc. You can shop at the market and prepare and eat meals in your room. I liked it and thoroughly enjoyed it. (If you plan on staying here, definitely bring insect repellent; you might end up with a colander while sitting in the garden. 😊)

It's a family-friendly place. The attention and care, like the warm, fresh milk served in the mornings, is wonderful. They even gave us a bottle of ouzo as a gift when we left. Thank you, George. Just be aware that the island's general problem is insects and bugs, so be prepared.

Wonderful hosts... Vasilis and his father Yorgos treat you like a host, not a customer. Wonderful people. The hotel is spotlessly clean and brand new. I hesitate to call it a hotel; it feels more like home. I highly recommend it.
