We stayed in Niki's place for a week. They were kind warm and welcoming. We loved it there. If you go to Petra don't look for any other place. You will be pleased.
Exceptional welcoming, family run apartments, clean throughout, everyone of the family/staff were friendly and over helpful, peaceful,and relaxing week spent here. We are so happy to have been here, we rebooked for 2 more weeks … see you soon.

I Niki Studios Sea-Front occupano una delle posizioni più invidiabili nell'incantevole villaggio costiero di Petra, dove la dolce curva del lungomare incontra l'Egeo aperto. Affacciati direttamente sul mare, questi studi offrono agli ospiti il raro piacere di svegliarsi con una vista ininterrotta sul mare e il soffice suono delle onde, con l'iconica roccia monolitica di Petra – sormontata dalla Chiesa della Vergine del Dolce Bacio – che si erge dramaticamente in lontananza. Cosa aspettarsi
Dal balcone, il Mar Egeo si apre davanti a Lei senza interruzioni — il monolite di Petra con la sua chiesa in cima si staglia all'orizzonte, mentre le barche dei pescatori dondolano dolcemente nel porto sottostante. Le giornate scorrono qui con un ritmo rilassato: caffè mattutino in terrazza, una breve passeggiata alla spiaggia del paese e cena in una delle taverne sul lungomare mentre la luce tramonta sull'acqua. Periodo migliore
Da fine maggio a ottobre è il periodo migliore; giugno e settembre offrono lo stesso panorama e la stessa brezza marina dell'estate ma con meno turisti e temperature più gradevoli.
Come arrivare
Petra si trova nel nordovest di Lesbo, a circa un'ora di guida da Mitilene — si percorre la strada costiera del nord passando per Kalloni, seguendo le indicazioni per Petra, dove gli studios si affacciano direttamente sul lungomare.

Located on Petra seafront. Just a short walk into the village. Our room was spacious and had the use of one private balcony and a communal terrace. Both catching the sun at different times of the day. A quiet complex with friendly staff and use of the pool at Niki suites a 2 min walk away which has a bar for food and drinks if you wish. Very happy at Niki seafront apartments. I would definitely return to room 14.

We absolutely love this place! The owners and staff are very nice, helpful and welcoming and make you feel at home right away. It is so quiet and clean. The sea is just in front of the hotel. The hotel has the best pool area we have ever seen. Green and beautyful with olive trees, pool bar and the best sun beds. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast. It’s such a treat! The center of Petra is just a short walk away.

From arrival to departure we had such a wonderful time. Rooms spotless.beds comfortable. Sheets and towels changed regularly . Niki Mario and Leva always happy to chat with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. Nikis breakfast is a must keeping you full for the day. The gardens are beautiful to sit and relax in. Look forward to returning to Petra and definately back to Niki seafront studios. X

Niki and her son were lovely and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily by very polite, jolly cleaner. Location was ideal. Would recommend these apartments in Petra.

Nikis seafront studios is a great place to stay. Ideally situated close to the sandy beach of Petra and close to the shops of the village itself. The rooms are clean and spotless. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation which is run jointly by Niki and her son Mario. You can order a breakfast which is served in the delightful gardens. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! Niki is such a aweet and warm woman. She offers great breakfast for 6 e for a person. The view is amazing! There is a jaczzi with the view of the sea. Very recommended!
