Parasol è un cocktail bar a Skala Eresou, il tranquillo villaggio marinaro sulla costa sud-occidentale di Lesbo. Skala Eresou è conosciuta soprattutto per la sua lunga spiaggia sabbiosa, il suo ritmo lento e la sua atmosfera accogliente e libera — rendendola una delle mete più amate dell’isola per i viaggiatori che cercano di rilassarsi lontano dalla folla turistica.

Cosa aspettarsi
Parasol si anima nel momento in cui la spiaggia si svuota e il cielo inizia a tingersi di arancio — ci si siede senza fretta con un cocktail ben preparato mentre la luce svanisce sull'Egeo. L'atmosfera è rilassata e conviviale, priva di pretese, esattamente come Skala Eresou. Ci si ritrova facilmente a restare più del previsto.
Periodo migliore
Da fine maggio a settembre è il periodo migliore; luglio e agosto sono vivaci, mentre giugno e settembre offrono la stessa dolcezza con un'atmosfera più raccolta.
Come arrivare
Da Mitilene si percorre la strada verso ovest attraverso l'interno dell'isola in direzione di Eressos — il tragitto dura circa un'ora e mezza. Skala Eresou è un piccolo borgo sul mare e, una volta parcheggiato, il bar si trova facilmente a piedi.

We came here every day we were in Skala Eresou. During the day, you can enjoy the tranquility, swim in the sea, and eat and drink. At night, you can sip a cocktail while watching the moonlight. The staff was friendly, the food and drinks were delicious, and we had a great time.

The food was average in taste. The location by the seaside offers a beautiful view. However, the staff were quite unfriendly. The stuffed zucchini flowers (fried with cheese filling) were tasty, but the crab salad had too much mayonnaise, which overpowered the flavor of the crab. This place is better suited for enjoying drinks and snacks while admiring the view rather than for a full meal.

This place was my best vibe. Bohemian style. Definitely the best cocktails An awesome place to watch the sunset. And the food was so tasty . I was trying to try out all the restaurants but I ended up coming back here atleast 2 more times ! Thr mojitos and Pina coladas are extra large. Well worth it and good value for money

Right on the beach. Burgers were tasty. Big portion. Lovely home made lemonade. I had falafel and tomatoes and yogurt. Yummy. Lovely vibe. Great waiters

Great bar overlooking the water. Was awesome to have some good Mexican/Asian cuisine, after eating Greek cuisine for so many weeks! They also make a great Espresso Martini, something many Greek bars didn't know about! Vibe & music at night is fun!

Wonderful beach bar. The decor and vibe are brilliant. You feel good just stepping into this place. We visited mid-afternoon for soft drinks but absolutely loved it.
