Το Parasol γεμίζει σιγά-σιγά καθώς η παραλία αδειάζει και ο ουρανός αρχίζει να κοκκινίζει — ο κόσμος έρχεται από την άμμο, κάθεται χωρίς βιάση και αφήνει το βράδυ να κυλήσει με ένα φροντισμένο κοκτέιλ. Η ατμόσφαιρα είναι ζεστή και χαλαρή, ακριβώς στο ρυθμό της Σκάλας Ερεσού. Εύκολα φεύγει μια ώρα χωρίς να το καταλαβαίνετε.
Καλύτερη εποχή
Από τα τέλη Μαΐου έως τον Σεπτέμβριο είναι η ιδανική περίοδος· τον Ιούλιο και τον Αύγουστο η κίνηση είναι μεγαλύτερη, ενώ τον Ιούνιο και τον Σεπτέμβριο η ατμόσφαιρα είναι πιο ήρεμη.
Πώς θα φτάσετε
Από τη Μυτιλήνη ακολουθείτε δυτική κατεύθυνση μέσα από το εσωτερικό του νησιού προς τον Ερεσό — η διαδρομή διαρκεί περίπου μία ώρα και τέταρτο με ενάμιση. Η Σκάλα Ερεσού είναι μικρό παραλιακό χωριό και μόλις παρκάρετε, το μπαρ βρίσκεται εύκολα με τα πόδια.

We came here every day we were in Skala Eresou. During the day, you can enjoy the tranquility, swim in the sea, and eat and drink. At night, you can sip a cocktail while watching the moonlight. The staff was friendly, the food and drinks were delicious, and we had a great time.

The food was average in taste. The location by the seaside offers a beautiful view. However, the staff were quite unfriendly. The stuffed zucchini flowers (fried with cheese filling) were tasty, but the crab salad had too much mayonnaise, which overpowered the flavor of the crab. This place is better suited for enjoying drinks and snacks while admiring the view rather than for a full meal.

This place was my best vibe. Bohemian style. Definitely the best cocktails An awesome place to watch the sunset. And the food was so tasty . I was trying to try out all the restaurants but I ended up coming back here atleast 2 more times ! Thr mojitos and Pina coladas are extra large. Well worth it and good value for money

Right on the beach. Burgers were tasty. Big portion. Lovely home made lemonade. I had falafel and tomatoes and yogurt. Yummy. Lovely vibe. Great waiters

Great bar overlooking the water. Was awesome to have some good Mexican/Asian cuisine, after eating Greek cuisine for so many weeks! They also make a great Espresso Martini, something many Greek bars didn't know about! Vibe & music at night is fun!

Wonderful beach bar. The decor and vibe are brilliant. You feel good just stepping into this place. We visited mid-afternoon for soft drinks but absolutely loved it.
