Parasol is een cocktailbar in Skala Eresou, het relaxte kustdorp aan de zuidwestkust van Lesbos. Skala Eresou staat vooral bekend om zijn lange zandstrand, het rustige tempo en de gastvrije, vrijgevochten sfeer — waardoor het een van de meest geliefde bestemmingen van het eiland is voor reizigers die ver van de toeristenmassa willen tot rust komen.
Een bar als Parasol past naadloos in het ritme van Skala Eresou, waar de avonden zich loom uitstrekken van het strand naar het kleine cluster van cafés en bars in het dorp. Bezoekers kunnen hier neerstrijken met een zorgvuldig bereide cocktail terwijl de zon ondergaat boven de Egeïsche Zee, met de ontspannen energie die deze hoek van Lesbos kenmerkt. Parasol komt tot leven op het moment dat het strand leegloopt en de lucht begint te kleuren — gasten schuiven aan zonder haast en laten de avond traag voorbijgaan met een verzorgde cocktail. Beste tijd om te gaan
Eind mei tot en met september is de ideale periode; juli en augustus zijn levendig, terwijl juni en september dezelfde warmte bieden in een rustiger setting.
Hoe er te komen
Vanuit Mytilini rijdt u via de binnenlanden van Lesbos naar het westen richting Eressos — reken op ongeveer anderhalf uur rijden. Skala Eresou is een klein kustdorpje en eenmaal geparkeerd vindt u de bar moeiteloos te voet.

We came here every day we were in Skala Eresou. During the day, you can enjoy the tranquility, swim in the sea, and eat and drink. At night, you can sip a cocktail while watching the moonlight. The staff was friendly, the food and drinks were delicious, and we had a great time.

The food was average in taste. The location by the seaside offers a beautiful view. However, the staff were quite unfriendly. The stuffed zucchini flowers (fried with cheese filling) were tasty, but the crab salad had too much mayonnaise, which overpowered the flavor of the crab. This place is better suited for enjoying drinks and snacks while admiring the view rather than for a full meal.

This place was my best vibe. Bohemian style. Definitely the best cocktails An awesome place to watch the sunset. And the food was so tasty . I was trying to try out all the restaurants but I ended up coming back here atleast 2 more times ! Thr mojitos and Pina coladas are extra large. Well worth it and good value for money

Right on the beach. Burgers were tasty. Big portion. Lovely home made lemonade. I had falafel and tomatoes and yogurt. Yummy. Lovely vibe. Great waiters

Great bar overlooking the water. Was awesome to have some good Mexican/Asian cuisine, after eating Greek cuisine for so many weeks! They also make a great Espresso Martini, something many Greek bars didn't know about! Vibe & music at night is fun!

Wonderful beach bar. The decor and vibe are brilliant. You feel good just stepping into this place. We visited mid-afternoon for soft drinks but absolutely loved it.
