Triena Rooms is een vakantieaccommodatie in Molyvos, een van de meest geroemde middeleeuwse dorpen van Lesbos, dramatisch gelegen boven de Egeïsche Zee aan de noordkust van het eiland. Gasten die hier verblijven, genieten van directe toegang tot de karakteristieke geplaveide straatjes van Molyvos, het imposante Byzantijnse kasteel en de warme gastvrijheid van een dorp dat reizigers al generaties lang betovert. Als zelfstandige verhuuroptie biedt Triena Rooms bezoekers de onafhankelijkheid en lokale onderdompeling die een traditioneel hotel niet makkelijk kan evenaren. Verblijven in Molyvos betekent wakker worden met uitzicht op terracotta daken die naar de haven afdalen, met vissersboten die beneden dobberen en de Turkse kust die aan de horizon glinstert. Wat u kunt verwachten
Verblijven in Molyvos betekent opgaan in een levend middeleeuws dorp, niet alleen een bezoek brengen — stenen huizen rijgen zich omhoog langs de helling naar het kasteel, en de haven bereikt u te voet in enkele minuten. De thermale bronnen van Eftalou liggen op een steenworp afstand en het kiezelstrand bevindt zich vlak bij het dorp.
Beste tijd om te gaan
Eind mei tot begin oktober is de ideale periode; juni en september bieden aangenaam warm weer en minder drukte dan in juli en augustus.
Hoe er te komen
Molyvos ligt ongeveer een uur rijden van Mytilini via de kustweg naar het noordwesten, door olijfgaarden en bergdorpjes, met het kasteel dat kort voor aankomst aan de horizon verschijnt.

For a fast meal this was good, the wine was vergeten nice....the food was less tasteful than expected, but perhaps our standards are to high. The service is good the view on the water was great. Not bad overall for a Quick meal, loved the bread with cheese topping and tzadziki.

It's a lovely place with tasty food and perfect sunset view. We had many meals in Triena Restaurant and recommend 'Triena Omelette' for breakfast and sea food for dinner, the plate 'Fish for 2' was amazing. We tasted their pizza as well, it was delicious. Service was perfect.

It was ok. Mussels were fresh and I can recommend it. Sad that it was not served hot, I didn’t make a problem back then, but it should not be acceptable in the restaurant and I heard from nearby tables that other customers had the same issue. Did not astonished me but was a fresh seaside food.

We ordered, greek salad, garlic bread, zaziki, shrimp saganaki, fried calamari. Food was all good, but we tasted better shrimp and calamaris in different spots on the island. The owner is a very friendly, and service was excellent. We also enjoyed the great view of the restaurant a lot. You can give them a try.

Tables outside are right by the sea side and shadow of the palms. The beach is right below the edge of restaurant. Beautiful and quite place. For children ordered spaghetti bolognese, very big and tasty plate. Pizza margherita surprise, really good. They add other cheese to mozzarella thought. We've also ordered a Greek platter to split by two. Unfortunately not enough for two people, disappointed by this, therefore we've ordered more starters. Overall ok, food is good, price is average.
