I must admit that to my great surprise, after submitting a request through the AADE to this particular Tax Office on the 2nd day of the year, a very kind employee called me that day and settled my request the same day. Of course, I tried by phone and they did not answer… I understand all the negative comments that have been posted and the expectations from a public service were not high anyway, but the handling by this particular employee pleasantly surprised me and deserves all 5 stars.

Employees who don't strike are paid and don't serve by stepping on the general strike, the most despicable system there is, they even made the tax office their shop... Old OSE like a 60 year old stationmaster, this is Greece, gentlemen.

Unacceptable and unfriendly behavior towards any citizen, they are simply looking to pass their time without having the will to serve and for their wrongdoings when you force them, they only know how to say that the legislator is coming! Helladistan 2022!

People live 100 years back, I lost 5 hours of my life. They smoke, they don't serve and they just sit around to get a pension. Now I understand why they call us jerks.

If I had the chance, I would give it a -5. The phones are constantly down. Those who are far away cannot be served. I applied for a document that I needed and it was served after 25 days. Rude, indifferent. By far the most problematic tax office.

No service is offered via telephone! The taxpayer who is unable to visit the Service is despised! The situation is unacceptable, apparently due to a lack of staff. However, only the citizen is ultimately the loser.
