The best food I’ve ever had in Greece! Everything is so fresh Although the staff didn’t speak English, they were amazingly kind and helpful You have to try Helen’s Musaka! It’s a 10/10

Midilli'nin kalbinde, Asomatos'un sakin köyüne kurulmuş olan Kafe – Estiatorio Kazadzi Eleni, Yunan köy yaşamının özünü tanımlayan türden bir mekândır. Adını sahibesinden alan bu aile işletmesi kafe ve restoran, adanın özdeşleştiği sıcak misafirperverliği yansıtır; kalabalık kıyı tatil beldelerinden uzakta, Midilli'nin yemyeşil iç kesimlerini keşfeden gezginlere samimi bir mola sunar. Agioi Anargyroi şapeline yakın konumu, masaların etrafında doğal bir şekilde akan köy yaşamıyla birlikte mekâna sessiz bir çekicilik katar.
Menü, Ege iç kesiminin sade ve köklü mutfağından beslenir; yavaş pişirilmiş etler, yerel peynirler, taze hazırlanmış mezeler ve turist menülerine nadiren giren ev usulü yemekler akla gelir. Sabah güçlü bir Yunan kahvesi ve tatlı bir hamur işi için uğrayın ya da öğle üzeri doyurucu bir yemeğin tadını çıkarın; mutfak, bu dağ köylerini nesiller boyunca besleyen mevsimlik ürünleri ve mutfak geleneklerini yansıtmaktadır. What an amazing place. In the mountains with fresh mountain drinking water pouring out of spigots on the side of the road in front of the restaurant. It’s a nice change from the usual beach vibe that the island has. Aside from the incredible location the food is genuinely out of this world! Fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t enjoy and an absolute must try for anyone visiting the island! You will not regret it!!!

Must visit if you are a meat lover🥩 fresh, super tasty food, variety of traditional local dishes… the owners are very attentive and eager to help you to choose between soooo many options! I recommend grilled lamb chops, chicken souvlaki, string beans and fried zucchini flowers (local dish).

A Hidden Gem Worth the Trip ✅ This charming taverna is nestled in a stunning location that you should definitely NOT miss! The meats we tried were incredibly flavorful and grilled to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of taste. A standout dish is the steak, which leaves a delightful sweetness lingering on the palate—absolutely worth trying! Even if it's a bit out of the way, this place is well worth the journey. The combination of atmosphere, quality food, and warm hospitality makes it a must-visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Greek flavors in a beautiful setting!

We had the best grilled meat in Lesvos here. The dolmadakia (stuffed vine leaves) were also very tasty and fresh. This is a beautiful area and a great place for starting a hike to Agiasos or Asomatos.
