À quoi s'attendre
En entrant dans To Kentron, vous plongez dans une atmosphère d'antan propre aux kafeneions grecs — photographies d'époque, décor nostalgique et temps qui s'étire doucement. Commandez un café grec et l'une des pâtisseries maison, puis rejoignez le jardin de derrière pour profiter de l'aperçu sur la mer.
Quand y aller
La fin du printemps jusqu'au début de l'automne est la période idéale ; les soirées d'été au jardin sont particulièrement agréables une fois la chaleur retombée.
Comment s'y rendre
Sigri se trouve à l'extrême ouest de Lesbos, à environ une heure et demie de route depuis Mytilène. Le café est situé au centre du village, facilement repérable dans ce petit port.

Absolutely loved this traditional kafenio! The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, perfect for a relaxing evening. The meze dishes were truly outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A great place to enjoy good food and unwind with friends. Highly recommended!

This small ‘kafe-neo’ (traditional Greek coffee place) is not affected by the passage of time. You travel back to decades back with the pictures and the decoration inside. If the wind is not to strong, you can enjoy a sea view while having your coffee, but don’t worry about the wind! You can enjoy the back garden with the rest if the older men in the village who sit there every morning for a coffee. It’s a beautiful place with a kind owner. We enjoyed a nice breakfast there!

The historical cafe of Sigri! Antonis, the owner, is one of the most loving persons you'll meet during your stay. You can taste local candies and honey. Please ask for hot chocolate in case you are at the village in autumn or winter time. Be certain you'll love the place!
