Lakis Studios, Midilli'nin kuzeybatı kıyısında, Ege'nin uzun bir kumsal şeridiyle buluştuğu Anaxos'un sakin sahil beldesinde öz-ikram konaklama imkânı sunmaktadır. Lakis Studios, tamarisk ağaçlarının gölgelediği uzun bir kumsalın hemen yanı başında yer alıyor; sığ ve sakin sular sabah erken saatlerde yüzmek için son derece uygun. Anaxos küçük ve mütevazı bir yerleşim olup akşamları taze balık ve yerel mezeler sunan birkaç tavernası bulunuyor. Karşı kıyıdaki Türkiye sahillerine uzanan manzara, yere sessiz ama etkileyici bir derinlik katıyor.
En iyi zaman
Mayıs sonu ile Eylül arası denize girmek için en uygun dönem; Temmuz ve Ağustos sıcak ama plaj daha kalabalık oluyor.
Nasıl gidilir
Midilli'den Kalloni üzerinden kuzeybatıya doğru yaklaşık bir saatlik bir sürüş. Anaxos, Petra'nın hemen güneyinde yer aldığından Petra tabelalarını takip edip kıyıya inen yoldan sapabilirsiniz.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to be treated as a room number however if you want great service that makes you feel special this is the place. Lakis is a natural host who will go out of his way to help and does so with a smile. The beach with the usual offering of restaurants is within easy reach as are the restaurants in the other direction on the main road, food in all is very good and a very reasonable price. There are also small food and souvenir shops with the closest selling fantastic local flavoured honey and fridge magnets that were made from her own photos. Jet2 informed me that mobility scooters are not allowed on the premises however as soon as I mentioned this to Lakis he arranged for the delivery of one at a very good price and ensured it was charged for me. I visited as a solo traveller and felt welcomed and safe everywhere I went. This is one place I would definitely visit again as this was a truly relaxing week.

We enjoyed our stay for 8 days. The owner is friendly and also acts as the cook. It is located on a narrow street where the bus picking you up from the airport cannot reach. You are dropped off at the beginning of the street and then have to walk a short distance with your suitcase(s) to the hotel (not a disaster). It is close to the beach and the lively "boulevard," accessible via a narrow winding road that takes you past shops, houses, and hotels/apartments.

Great place to stay and relax, owner is really wholsome and has great attitude. Whenever there was any problem or something needed to be done, we just heard "No prooblem, don't worry about it" and it was done almost right away. I recommend to anyone willing to spend holidays in clean, calm and charmy place.
