Located in the Molyvos market, this shop offers wonderful creations by a master ceramic artist. Every time I go to Molyvos, I buy different pieces and take them home with me :) They're very tasteful and very talented 👍🏼✨ I highly recommend visiting! ☺️

Τι να περιμένετε
Μπαίνοντας στο εργαστήριο, είναι πιθανό να βρείτε τον Σωτήρη ή τη Βάσω να πλάθουν πηλό στον τροχό ή στον πάγκο, ενώ τα ράφια είναι γεμάτα κεραμικά ζωγραφισμένα με αιγαιοπελαγίτικα μοτίβα — χταπόδια, κλαδιά ελιάς, θαλασσινές σκηνές. Μπορείτε να παρακολουθήσετε τη δημιουργία από κοντά και να επιλέξετε ένα χειροποίητο κομμάτι απευθείας από το στούντιο.
Καλύτερη εποχή
Από τον Μάιο έως τον Οκτώβριο, όταν το εργαστήριο είναι πλήρως ενεργό και η Μόλυβος έχει τουριστική κίνηση.
Πώς θα φτάσετε
Από τη Μυτιλήνη, ακολουθείτε τη βορειοδυτική κατεύθυνση μέσω Καλλονής προς τη Μόλυβο — μια γραφική διαδρομή περίπου 50 με 60 λεπτών. Το εργαστήριο βρίσκεται μέσα στο χωριό, εύκολα προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια από το πάρκινγκ.

I found the place quite randomly but was surprised by the painting details on the ceramics. Sotiris definitely has a unique talent - you'll find many scenes depicting Molivos, all in great detail! When I visited the workshop, Sotiris' wife, Vaso, was there. She gave me a tour of their workshop, talked about their work and was very friendly. Even suggested other ceramists I should visit on the island (as I'm an amateur ceramist myself).
