Niché le long de la rive tranquille à proximité du petit hameau côtier d'Alyfada, l'Albatros est une affaire locale tenue par Emmanouil Kariotis, avec la chaleur caractéristique d'une entreprise familiale qui a grandi naturellement dans son environnement. Le nom — évoquant le grand oiseau marin qui plane sans effort au-dessus des eaux libres — laisse deviner l'esprit maritime de ce tronçon de la côte nord de Lesbos, où la mer n'est jamais loin du regard et où le rythme de vie suit le mouvement des marées.

Quand y aller
De la fin du printemps au début de l'automne est la période idéale ; la position en bord de mer assure une brise égéenne régulière, même en juillet et en août.
Comment s'y rendre
Albatros se trouve à peine à un kilomètre du centre de Mytilène, le long du littoral près d'Alyfada — une très courte route en voiture ou une agréable promenade à pied depuis le port.

I recently bought a beach chair that didn't fit us, we didn't use it and after a phone call, we agreed to return it and buy something else! (It should be noted that the chair was out of the windshield when I bought it) The owner flatly refused my return, claiming that I had used it and that I had damaged it! Finally, after my father's earnest request, they changed it and we got something else! I have been a customer for years, my father and my friends. They have taken a lot of money from us and our friends! However, their behavior was not professional at all and I am very sorry! This is not how they treat long-term customers! Update: Instead of apologizing, they are even more sarcastic! Well, I am very sorry for the cooperation for so many years and the appreciation for your store. Be well! The worst service. They sold cheap stuff that they sold for serious equipment. Most of it was broken and when we asked for a refund to exchange the product they refused and told us "these things happen". The worst!
