I purchased a product from the store, looking for what I saw on the website, and instead they gave me something more expensive, claiming they no longer have it. After a while, when I went back to the site, I found that it was available.

I recently bought a beach chair that didn't fit us, we didn't use it and after a phone call, we agreed to return it and buy something else! (It should be noted that the chair was out of the windshield when I bought it) The owner flatly refused my return, claiming that I had used it and that I had damaged it! Finally, after my father's earnest request, they changed it and we got something else! I have been a customer for years, my father and my friends. They have taken a lot of money from us and our friends! However, their behavior was not professional at all and I am very sorry! This is not how they treat long-term customers! Update: Instead of apologizing, they are even more sarcastic! Well, I am very sorry for the cooperation for so many years and the appreciation for your store. Be well! "Good heart" as you say and more professionalism in the future! Times are difficult....

Nevertheless, in the age of communication and the media, someone must defend our position and who will do it better than us??<br>So the chair, Mr. Dimitris, that did not suit you, you told us that it was unused.. So how did it not suit you??<br>The chairs come in a plastic bag because that's how the companies send them to us...The packaging is not ours, unfortunately. However, it would be nice if we gave you the shipping cost because we finally changed it even though it was dirty...Also, something you didn't mention was the fraying you created, something that didn't exist and you, as a true meticulous and meticulous customer, wouldn't even buy it.<br>However, in order not to lose our customer of the year, we decided to change it for you, getting something else..And we kept the chair, since we couldn't sell it due to its condition.<br>However, you were not satisfied, as it seems, and you considered it right to post something like this on Google...<br>So the next time you want something, please let us know through Google..because the phone calls you've been giving us for so long, obviously you didn't like it...<br>We thank you very much for your warm support.<br>Good heart!!

The worst service. They sold cheap stuff that they sold for serious equipment. Most of it was broken and when we asked for a refund to exchange the product they refused and told us "these things happen". The worst!
