Seafront Sunsets Sigri House

Waking up to the sound of waves and the western Aegean stretching out beyond the window sets the tone here. Sigri is one of Lesvos's quieter corners, so evenings on the waterfront feel genuinely calm — locals strolling, fishing boats returning, the sky turning colour. This is a place for slow mornings and long sunsets rather than organised activities.

Late May through early October is ideal; July and August bring the warmest swimming and the most vivid sunsets but also the liveliest village.

Sigri sits on the far western tip of Lesvos, roughly an hour and a half's drive from Mytilini along the main cross-island road through Kalloni — the route is scenic and well-paved.
