We have been working with Yannis for a couple of years to find the right property. He has been very helpful, hardworking, considerate, and, overall, great to work with.

i have worked with Yannis on both buying and selling land in eresos and have to say his level of service and attention to detail are exceptional! no hesistation in recommending you to use his services.

I came to post a review for work last year with Yiannis, he helped me as well as three friends with property purchases and matters with the Notary. He went above and beyond and picks up the phone or calls back every time (which means a lot). I will also address the **only**one star review left by a retaliatory client, who admitted to me (in a slightly drunken state), that he was pressuring Yiannis to make a deal with a difficult property go through, this person wanted this land and house, and knew that it was a risk to buy this land. They then proceeded to tell as many people aa possible lies (and only least half the story) to order to harm Yiannis’ business (to people really were not even wanting in buying). They also neglected to mention the complexity and disorder that can happen with buying land in Greece. Yiannis will tell you if he is unsure about something, he will not pressure anyone to do anything or buy anything. This person (who does not speak greek, or know greek laws) perhaps should have taken a lawyer or just found a different less difficult property to buy.

I would like to highly recommend Yanis. I bought a house through him in the village of Aresos, and he accompanied me in the renovation. He is reliable, pleasant, and professional. I was available when I needed. Very kindly solved any problem. I was lucky enough to do this process with him!

It was a enjoyable experience until I was confronted with what Yanis was hiding from me, even so I asked the particular questions. He only showed his real face when something went wrong, I did not expect this side in him. Dishonest not following written agreements, does not represent the buyer. Be very careful, if you still want to work with him get legal support from another village. Best is to stay as far away as possible. There are other real estate agents around.

I was one of the first official clients. Yannis was always kind and helpful even though sometimes I was impatient about long process and he was assuring and calm. And most importantly when things got difficult (we had a big issue after we bought the property - you need a good lawyer and engineer) he was the one who did something and saved us from a catastrophy. You can know that they will be with you wet there is an issue too. They do not abandon and leave you find your own way. One more thing I love also to meet at KafeNe and have the best meal in town and connect with locals for the meetings. Thank you again
