June through September for swimming; come on a weekday in July or August to avoid the local weekend crowd.

How to get there

From Mytilene, head west toward Kalloni and then south along the Gulf of Kalloni toward Skalochori — roughly an hour's drive. The beach sits just below the village, where the road meets the harbour.
