Poor service! This man, instead of helping you find a house, creates problems for you and mocks you… He does not answer your questions, does not provide information and does not cooperate. For anything you ask, the answer is “I cannot answer you” and that is if he bothers to answer, because he usually ignored our messages… He does not indicate the actual square meters in his ads and for this reason he avoids showing you a topographic map! An ad that supposedly showed a 6-acre property, we found it in the cadastre as 23 acres and with a bunch of owners inside!!! In other words, if you go to buy from this man, you will get into trouble!!! Fortunately, with the help of our Lawyer, we caught the bad news at the beginning! Poor quality of service. Of course, I do not recommend it! Be very careful if you go to buy from this office…

I never expected that the biggest hassle in buying a house could come from the realtor! In October 2023 we saw houses in Plomari where Mr. Agalias was very kind and helpful. Because we flew from Thessaloniki for this reason we spent the whole day looking at houses with Mr. Agalias and our engineer. We didn't have much time. We returned to Thessaloniki, we decided which house we wanted to buy and that's where the hassle began. He rarely answered the phones. At one point he didn't answer my phone for 2 months and I had to have my lawyer call him so he wouldn't take us seriously. As it turned out later, he was talking to us, not the owner of the property. We finally spoke again on the phone after months and I was informed that he had found the property survey and I was waiting for him to take it to the engineer so that the procedures could proceed. He never took it to the engineer and he didn't even answer my phone calls after that. He stopped answering my lawyer either. In the end, the survey had been done since December but he always gave us excuses when he answered. We spent an entire winter like that. He chooses which clients he wants to give properties to. The prices are not what he writes on the site. He went in April, that is, 6 months later, and there had been no progress on the property I wanted to buy. I wasted my time with him. I have never met a realtor like him before. Tragic experience. I found another realtor and ended up getting nowhere. I wonder how he gets along with his other clients.
