We were there in August 2025 and had a lovely time. Christos is a very friendly host and accommodation is great value. We stayed in different rooms and they were all simple, but wonderful and nicely equipped. There is a garden around and location is quiet, just a short walk from town. Highly recommended place, true to the hospitable fame of the island. And all at an unbeatable price.

Kristos (the owner) was extremely warm and attentive from the moment we arrived and until we left. The apartment we stayed in was perfect, with two beds, a kitchen, and a clean bathroom as well as a balcony with a table and chairs. The location is perfect as well, with a quick walk to town and a shop no more than a few minutes away at the end of the street. Kristos is a wealth of useful and interesting information both about the island and beyond and more than happy to help. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment if you come to Lesbos.

The location is quite impressive. It is very close to center of Molyvos. The room was clean, bed was fine. Price is below average. We stayed here just one night but the owner Christos is a kind, helpful man. He did give us some advices about the town, the routes and food and all was accurate. Thanks again!

Clean, simple room, quiet area. Bathroom, especially shower, could use some upgrades. Christos was very helpful. Recommended for both short and long term accommodation.

Fabulous find hidden gem. Stayed here a few times. Everything you need cooking facilities pots cups kettle knifes forks. Even washing sponge and liquid. Hot showers washing lines. Christos is super helpful he fluent in English and is so kind just ask. He wants you to be happy I keep coming back. WiFi always great too. Easy access to town some rooms have beautiful views of the castle.

The rooms are very clean and has a very peaceful garden with full of trees. Its 5 minutes away from Molyvos. Christos is also very helpful.

Absolutely awesome!

This lovely studio block sits just on the edge of Molyvos. My room was very quirky with an ensuite,double bed,plenty of storage and a small kitchenette just off the balcony. It's often the little things that make all the difference. Lots of coat hangers,washing line with pegs,fluffy towels. The bedding was changed very frequently and the bathroom cleaned every second day. Christos the owner was on site daily and nothing was too much trouble. He speaks perfect English and was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend.
