We arrived in the evening and were warmly welcomed by the landlady. The service here is above and beyond. The price is very fair. There is a small kitchenette and a refrigerator and a TV. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, right on the sea and next to the restaurants and cafes. Simply a great experience.

A very warm welcome, excellent service and quality, very clean (the family team cleans every day). Quiet. Quite centrally located. Comfortable beds. A refrigerator and good quality cooking equipment are provided. We have absolutely no complaints. We were pleasantly surprised.

One of the best parts of our Lesvos holiday was definitely our stay here. Perfect location – walking distance to the center, beaches, markets, and restaurants. Our room was cleaned every day with the utmost attention to detail, and everything we could possibly need was provided – it was all wonderful. But above all, what truly made our stay special was Toula, Stella and her daughter Maria’s warm hospitality and kindness. We traveled to the island with our own car, but it broke down even before we reached the hotel! You can imagine how frustrating that was for the first day of our holiday. As soon as we arrived, we told Stella and Maria what had happened, and Maria immediately dropped everything, came with us to the mechanic she had found, and handled all the communication for us. This was an incredible help and made us feel completely safe and cared for. Our frustration disappeared instantly, and we were able to start enjoying the island right away. On our last day, Stella even said goodbye to us with fresh flowers she picked from the garden. This place is now our home in Lesvos. Thank you, Stella, Maria and Toula – you made our holiday unforgettable! Love from Türkiye!

We happened upon Petra at the beginning of May. We found Toula Studios by chance. The owner, Stella, welcomed us with a smile. She showed us the rooms, which were spotlessly clean and functional. The view was magnificent. It's only 5 minutes from Molivos. Due to the season, the venues were closed. We arrived in Molivos very quickly and reached the venues at the port. Thank you for everything, Stella.
