Billy's Rent a Car

For almost 30 years now we have rented motor scooters, the Suzuki V-Strom motorbike and cars from Billy's. It is a very reliable company. If there occurs a mechanical problem during the rental period you contact them and they come to you right away and fix it. They deliver to your hotel/appartment or airport wherever you like. Billy's offers competitive and good prices and very nice cars.

Rented a Fiat Panda, the car was clean and performed good on the road. The price for rental was fair and also got all the support need from the guys at the shop.

Not rly expensive, car was good and clean, ac work rly well. 5 star!!

I rented a Suzuki Ignis car and iwas awesome . Miss Anna provided us with many wonderful recommendations for beaches and some good places for food. They are nice company with a lot to share! Professional and friendly!!

We have just returned our car today, after 3 days of exploring the Island, fiat500, what a fab little car Anna recommended for us, she was so thorough explaining everything about the car, it was immaculately clean, almost new, even recommended some places we would like to visit, & we did visit most of her recommendations, I really do thank Anna & her Mum for such a smooth transaction, if & when we visit this beautiful Island again, we will definitely use Billy's cars.

We had an amazing holiday in Lesvos in September 2024. We decided to hire a car for our 6 days. Billy’s Car Renat service given us the best available choice eventhough we haven’t booked it before our arrival but on spot. We have been treated well. And they were very professional and friendly. “Unsafe at any speed” Absolutely no concern for customers safety! Billy jr is friendly and helpful. I will give him that. Billy sr is very much the opposite. We rented a 200cc scooter. When I was inspecting it on delivery, I was rushed through, and told that they have checked everything and aware of all marks and damage. I am an experienced rider and once I got accustomed to the vehicle and started pushing it a little the rear ended slid out unexpectedly at about 15-20 degrees lean. I then inspected the rear tire. It was not at all round, which is fair for a rental vehicle, but it was also completely balled and have had so much sun damage that it was cracked several places on the side. See attached pictures. I can live with tired shocks are iffy brakes. But that to me is completely unacceptable. It is neither safe nor legal. We were so far along in our planned trip, that we decided to continue at considerably reduced speed. Once we returned the scooter we made billy sr aware of the situation. In my opinion it is a matter of reckless disregard for customs safety. We could have been seriously injured or worse. Billy completely disregarded the problem, and said we were exaggerating “because we didn’t die”. I asked him what he wanted to do about this. And his response was, that since we didn’t bring it back right away, best he could do was give us a discount on future rent. I absolutely do not care about that small amount of money, even if I was offered a full refund. What I do care about is my safety and safety of others. So I informed him that there is absolutely no way I would ever rent anything from him ever again. And that I would just like him to acknowledge that that tire should have been changed about a year ago, and promise me it will be before the vehicle was rented out next time. An unpleasant verbal exchange has followed. If you absolutely must rent something from Billy’s please check everything thoroughly yourself. Stay safe.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE! The driver was waiting for us at the airport, everything was as easy as 123. Stratula and Anna were extremely polite and very helpful. We hired the car for 2 weeks and had no issues whatsoever! We loved the island and we will definitely be returning next year. YES, we would recommend Billy's car rental!

Very good service, friendly staff, cars in good working order, we got a free upgrade which was a pleasant suprise. Anna and her sister are exceptionally helpful and gave us some great suggestions on where to go. Useful map. Billy is a real character and you see him everywhere. Recommend.

Ι rented a car in Mytilini through DiscoverCars/Exer. Billy's Rentals appeared at the airport as a local representative/partner. The car was good, in perfect condition and clean, but smaller than the reserved model, although I had made a specific request. Billy's Rental is not served by a desk at the airport and you have to call them and meet them nearby. I faced some delay issues with the reserved amount but the bank is also to blame.
