The experience started badly, due to a 1-hour delay in car pickup. It was a general problem for all customers on the same flight who were supposed to pick up a car. Normally, the company should have found a way to compensate its customers for this delay, to keep customers happy. Luckily, you have good employees at the reception and they indirectly saved the situation, otherwise you would not have been able to avoid the complaint. Bravo to the senior employee. Despite the load, nervous tension, he kept the atmosphere in a humane state. Sorry, friend, it's not your fault, but someone has to listen. The car wasn't clean inside and out, but that's okay. We should have charged you the €12 we paid for cleaning inside and out.

Booked a Seat Arona through Sunnycars at Hertz. The car was literally parked right outside the exit! We were able to pick it up quickly. They even went around the car themselves, without an employee, to check the damage, took a picture, and drove off. The damage was also noted on the form in the car. Upon returning, we were able to park right outside the door again. An employee quickly walked around the car, no new damage, and we were able to check in within 5 minutes. Excellent service and pleasant, friendly staff with a sense of humor. 👍🏼

Last summer (August 2024), my wife and I rented a Kia Picanto (automatic) through Hertz (TUI) during our vacation in Lesbos. The car was small, nice and light, yet powerful enough to do the island justice. We chose an automatic because I simply prefer automatics. The car was in tip-top condition; the tank was 3/4 full, so we returned it at the end. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Told us to return the car with half gas, only to find out at the airport they wanted more and charged insane price for it.

Thank you for your comments. However, according to our company’s fuel policy, which is explained at the time of the pick up of the car and is on display at the desk, a client is advised to return the car with the same quantity of fuel as shown at the time of pick up.<br>In the event that the car returns with less quantity client will be charged the value of the missing fuel and the Refuelling Service charge of €18 plus vat will be applied.<br>This has been followed in your case as well and the fuel charge plus the RFC applied since you returned the car with less fuel than delivered. We regret any inconvenience experienced however please note that any gas consumption is paid by the customer.

Fast and uncomplicated booking, pickup and return. Car was in a good condition. However, our tank was not full as booked. They told us that we could also bring it back at the same level. We had preferred to get the full/full package as booked.
