What to expect
The studios sit right at the edge of a long sandy beach where the water stays shallow and calm well out from shore, making mornings here feel effortlessly slow. Afternoons bring a cooling breeze off the strait — on clear days you can see the Turkish coastline from the waterfront — and evenings settle into the quiet rhythm that only small coastal villages manage.
Best time to visit
Late May through September is the ideal window for swimming; July and August are peak season so the beach fills by midday and early booking is essential.
How to get there
From Mytilene, head north toward Kalloni then northwest in the direction of Petra; the drive to Anaxos takes roughly an hour to an hour and a quarter depending on your exact route.

Although the furniture, bathroom and air conditioning were old, it was a clean and quiet family business.We stayed for 3 nights and visited Petra and Molyvos from here.

Very nice rooms, clean and tidy, and designed to be comfortable and easy to use. The outside area is very well maintained, and also has a swimming pool and parking. It is also worth noting that there is very good communication with the owner for anything you need

It is a great place to stay in Lesvos. Clean and neat, with gardens and a pool and a great view of the sea and the sunset. The rooms are also clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The owners are friendly, very kind, and always available if something comes up or there is a question. I highly recommend the accommodation for your vacation. It's very good for the price, but the kitchen is a bit small and lacks kitchenware. The view is lovely, and the beach is within walking distance. The pool was poorly maintained, but there's no point in swimming in it when you have Anaxos Beach.
